Original S.W.A.T. Men's Classic 9" Side-Zip

I had recently purchased the Original SWAT boot because my last boots (a different brand) were on their last leg and were falling apart (they were over 4 years old). My business travels take me to a wide range of military bases and urban search and rescue training facilities where I need to be in boots (not necessarily steel-toed). I recently found out about these boots from a colleague and purchased a pair, which turned out to be the best boot purchase I have ever made. Not only are these boots are easy to slide on and off, especially with the side-zipper, they provide snug support and definitely allow your feet to breathe while on the job. I have no complaints about this product...definitely a must for anyone that is active in tactical environments.

I volunteer as an EMT and wanted to get some good boots for when I am talking a call. These boots are really good! Very comfortable and they fit as expected. I really LOVE the zipper on the side. I would go crazy trying to tie that whole shoe back up. The zipper allows one to quickly put on one's shoes, especially when they are in a rush to take a call! The boot is well made, they are holding up pretty well! Really enjoying these boots, I am so glad I bought them!

A little to wide. And you have to break the boot's in.

I have purchased numerous pairs of these boots....the latest were a bit different from last years and the shoe laces are crap....lasted less than a month

I like this boot for the versatility of the zipper. Lightweight and very similar to a sneaker. Not good in very wet or cold situations but I do not use them for that anymore. I use these and some Danners for my year-round work boots.

Good boot. Worn 5 days a week at work and love the side zipper, easy to take off an put back on. Get about a 9 months to a year out of the boot. The heel on the inside of the boot starts to tear. Probably been my 4th pair and the same problem occurs. But over all satisfied with the product.

Durable, good looking boots. Easy to get on and off. The zipper seems like it's quality and won't fall apart like another brand of boots I had. Good grip on the sole. Extremely comfortable for all-day wear. Second day I had them I wrecked my motorcycle and my right foot was saved because of this boot. The only downsides are that it's not steel-toed and it doesn't have a strap to assist with pulling the boots on.

They are my third pair that I have owned. I wear them to work and weekends. I ride a motorcycle so they get a use there also. They are more comfortable than most hiking boots and shoes. They wear and feel better than most boots twice the price.

The boots fit as expected. I' am a special constable so these boots see lots of outdoor use. I have been using this brand and model for last 7 years.Likes:.
