YES!! It works well with an Anker 737 power bank!
I bought the Anker 737 power bank specifically to power my Redmed AirMini Cpap machine and it worked flawlessly with the Flgan 20V PD USB-C Power Supply for ResMed AirSense 11/Airmini 65W 20W ResMed CPAP Charger DC Converter Cable that I also bought from Amazon to go with it. I plan to use it on a 18 hour economy flight from LAX to Bangkok and can’t risk the relying on the power outlet on the plane to work. I tested it last night for 7+ hours and it worked flawlessly, only using 35% of the battery. I will test it tonight with the Resmed AirSense 11.

FLGAN 20V PD USB-C Power Supply for ResMed AirSense 11 Air Didn't Work For Me
I plugged the FLGAN USB-C power supply into a new ECOFLOW Delta 3 Plus with more than enough power to run my ResMed AirSense 11 and it simply wouldn't work. It just kept blinking. Didn't matter what end I plugged in first. I had high hopes that using DC would allow me to run my CPAP longer while camping. Amazon's AI assistant said it would work with my power supply but it doesn't. Returning it today and trying the 12 volt barrel plug power supply. Old but true.

Cable that works and helps reduce the load
Honestly it's a cable that works so it's hard to say more other than the fact that the cable itself feels like quality cable without the unnecessary weight. Ultimately I picked this item up primarily for one bag travel with the potential to run off a power bank (more on that later). When I looked at the reviews I saw multiple individuals commenting on the cable not working so I wanted to provide what I use to insure that the FLGAN 20V PD USB C cable to work with a ResMed AirMini (in my case). I paired this cable with a Satechi 165W USB C 4-Port GaN Charging Station, based on the 3 & 4 port outputs (located on Amazon) port 1 will deliver 60W (however up to 100W, you need to check the Amazon diagram), 2 - 45W (however up to 100W), 3 - 30W, and port 4 - 30W. In essence you should be able to power a ResMed AirMini on any of the 4 USB-C Ports (I've been using Port 2 in most cases), if you are using a AirSense 11 you would need to use Ports 1 or 2 and would only be able to charge other devices on ports 3 & 4 or else the charger port drops below 65W. Overall a good pairing with the FLGAN cable. On another note, I attempted to use a Anker 737 Power Bank (AKA A1289, 24,000mAh 3-Port with 140W Output) and got the dreaded low voltage error message, the Anker site says USB-C1 and USB-C2 should support Output: 5V ⎓ 3A / 9V ⎓ 3A / 15V ⎓ 3A / 20V ⎓ 5A / 28V ⎓ 5A (140W). If you are looking to run your AirMini (or AirSense 11) off a Power Bank don't use the Anker 737 (A1289) it will not work. Hopefully the product pairing recommendations will help people out.Satachi 165W USB Charging Station:https://www.amazon.com/Satechi-165W-USB-C-4-Port-Charger/dp/B09PMDZWZ6/----- Update 01/09/2025 -----Unsatisfied with my Anker power banks inability to power the AirMini I went and purchased the Iniu 100W 25,000mAh Mini and tested it and voila! We have lift off (see picture). Below is the link to the Iniu power bank that I purchased, unfortunately Amazon only carries one color but this should help anyone in need of a ultra compact power bank to pair with their AirMini:https://www.amazon.com/INIU-Charging-25000mAh-Ultimate-Compatible/dp/B0DBHC9F8B/

Work as advertised!
Works just as advertised. I try to travel with USB C only plugs when I go. This allows me to run my ResMed Mini off of a battery when on a plane, or my travel charger. One less thing to travel with!

Reliability Concerns
Purchased to use with my ResMed AirMini. Worked faithfully from the start with no issues, have owned less than 6 months and the FLGAN usb-c power adapter decided to stop working entirely. An electrical short developed in the wire, and after getting it to work for a couple nights positioning the wire in a specific way, it finally stopped working entirely. This happened mid-trip of a week long vacation and lost 3 nights of good sleep. Buyer beware, I have concerns about the long-term quality and reliability of this product. If you use this, be sure to also pack your regular DC power plug for your AirMini as backup.
