Never inflates
I purchased this product after seeing it online. According to the instructions in the packaging as well as the video I saw, this should self inflate within 24 hours. It never did and the small piece that is a pillow like option doesn't come close to filling up the fabric it's in. It makes it impossible to use because the plastic pieces are never taut enough to relieve any pressure or trigger points. I tried to purchase from other sellers as well with the same result. Do not buy these products they are not what they claim to be.
