Reliable Paper Shredder
Excellent, compact, easy to use, reasonably priced paper and credit card shredder.

Decent semi-domestic shredder.
I bought this to replace a lousy cheap thing in my office. My needs are modest. I have a Rexel domestic product at home that has chugged on for 20 years of self-employed duty, it shreds two pages at a time if they're not thick. It gets hot and is slow and easy to jam, but has been reliable. This shredder is about the same noise level as my Rexel, does cross cut pretty well, and has a good sized bucket for the shreds, with a window which is indeed very useful. It isn't particularly fast and it copes with maybe four sheets of paper, but I stick to two because more just slows it down, stresses the thing, and will reduce it's lifespan. It is listed as for light office duty, I think that's a good description. To me it's work is a few sheets regularly, with infrequent sessions shredding the odd ream of old files. If that is your workload, this will do fine. If you need something fast and dependable for regular office file shredding, can't take the time to remove staples &c, or need 12 sheets shredded at a time, I would suggest look at paying a fair bit more for a commercial-duty shredder which this does not pretend to be.It has a reverse 'always on' setting for clearing jams, but no 'always on' forward setting which can be useful. However, it stays on for a couple of seconds after the paper has passed through which goes a long way to clearing any impending jams.

Cross cut shredder ok not perfect
Well packaged, easy to set up.Cutting is loud, works well cutting paper in to 5x20 mm pieces. This 12 sheet cutter in truth does not cope with that much, I cut quick slot of paper and it did end up producing long stripes rather than small cross cut 85-90% it cut well.Cutting plastic cards was no problem, there was a slight smell at the start but I think this is to be expected as it is new but smell disappeared fast.Overall a great little shredder for home or home office.

Highly Recommended
Quality. Quiet and efficient. Cross cut so bit fills slowly. Highly Recommended.

efficient shredder
Bought to shred documents well... the machine works as described. Very satisfied with the results.. It is utilised in the home but does get heavy sessions sometimes. The cutters clear well with just the occasional need to reverse to clear when feeding a lot of papers at once.Worth considering.

Impressed
Had the shredder for 6 months, then one day had a lot of shredding to do and I guess I put too much through - 12 sheets after 12 sheets after 12 sheets and as you can see the plastic cracked. I emailed Bonsaii directly and they sent me a new one out the next day. Unbelievable customer service. It’s a good shredder but I suspect perhaps it blunts a little over time (which shredder doesn’t?)

Shredder
Three sheets of paper at a time, no plastic, no clips, just paper, it SMOKED UP, the red overheat button came on which means you have to leave it for 40 mins!!! Total waste of money!!!!!!!

WORKS WELL. NO ASSEMBLY NEEDED.
The motor/shredder blades are in the top, removable section, which is heavy and not easy to get hold of to remove, to enable the bin to be emptied. Clear instructions and no set-up required apart from putting the top on to the bin, and plugging into a mains socket. Would be improved by making a couple of finger slots in top to enable easier removal but, otherwise, a good product and worth paying a little bit more than for the cheapest cross-cut shredders. In the very unlikely event I would need to replace this shredder I would certainly consider buying again.
