Now my kid won't chew any other gum.

This used to be my favorite gum, but I will be finding a new one after this past order. My latest order has gum that tastes old, is very hard to chew, and loses its flavor right away as in a few seconds. This is not how any of my other orders have been. This gum is usually very soft and chewy if not excessively soft, which is why I liked it. Seller turns a deaf ear to you if you message them. Returns are not accepted on this gum so why bother answering? This kind of customer service is so poor. You've lost a customer.

Tastes good ,lasts

The only reason I gave this product is because it's lemon and made with xylitol (but NOT 100 percent xylitol).The gum is hard and never gets particularly soft. It also leaves a sour, bad taste in the mouth, and what feels like a coating inside the mouth. There's also an unidentified "natural flavoring" and what I think is a stevia-related ingredient (steviol glycosides).I won't be buying this again.
