Garbage
My headline says "garbage" and that is where it is going. I received it and went to try it out on some small branches and brush. I was outside about ten mins and I looked at the blade and there are 3 dents and bends in the blade. I'm not happy.

Not worth the money
This item is not a good outdoor machete 5 minutes into me using it the blade bent and the chips and it was the only a small sapling that I cut down I personally regret buying this item

The handle is a little rough though and the piece that sticks out can jab into your hand. The Sheath it comes with is Crap. I have worn it only 3 times and it has ripped apart so that is worthless. But a different one.

Braided corded handle came unraveled first use
The blade is weight well and is sharp and the backside saw teeth are an added benefit.The handle is worthless. The braided corded string came u raveled on the first use. Too late to return so I guess I will find some leather do make a wood handle.Not good.

If you are buying this product for show. okaybut if you are not and you plan on using it, this review is for youif you use this machete for 10 minutes the ribbon or the black cord will come off and it would be hard to hold it.I tried cutting a few branches with this machete the whole thing fall apart after 10 minutes.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU NEED THIS ITEM TO USE ON A DAILY BASIS. YOU BEEN WARNED!

Nice machete
The machete came right on time. I like it, I think I'll use it for chopping brush and such, or whatever it's good for. It is stainless steel with a cord wrapped around the tang. The one I got is black and it seemed sharp. I have not tested it too roughly yet.

Great blade, lousy handle
Amazing blade, I’ve chopped down six inch thick trees with it and chopped up ten inch thick fallen logs. Corded Handle is terrible and falls apart after an hour or two. I used duct tape to make a new one but is less than stellar.

Came in sharp
Came in sharp, love the handle. It has good weight, and a great feel. Especially for the price. Not fond of the sheathe, however. The three snaps to hold it in is a bit too much. Unable to pull it out and use it quickly.
