Can this be used on top of hobs of electric cooker?

I am not sure of that, I only use them in the oven and on the BBQ. I have a ceramic hob so don’t have the need to use on the hob. Not sure this helps you at all. But I’m on my second pack and think they are great especially on the BBQ.
