Unfortunately we had a small problem on delivery but contacted the seller who responded immediately with help, advice and follow up so we could not fault customer service.The product itself is easy to set up and use (brought for the dog after muddy walks).Battery life is good and a good range of attachments.Does everything that is described.

Well designed and simple to use, the main container holds a lot of water and you get two carriers for water that have a good seal for transportation. Only downside is that its not heated but thats easily sorted with a bit of hot water from a flask. Have used on the dogs once finished their country walk and they are very happy with it and the various attachments mean my English Cream golden retrievers get to come home the same colour as they went

The prodect did not heat the water I had to fill it with warm water I might of well purchased one that did not heat for halfe price.

Battery lasts a very long time and excellent water pressure. All the accessories make this a perfect buy. Great valueOnly criticism is the lid could do with a better/easier lock. Can easily be knocked off when carrying.

Pros: compact, best accessories package compared to others seen, long hose, good pressure during initial acceptance test- still yet to use in the field.Cons: little pricey

The media could not be loaded. If you are a camping person, a pet owner, or someone that likes to spend a lot of time out and about, this portable shower is an essential piece of equipment that you have to pack with you.Inside the box you get the wonderful water container with the battery and pump sealed in the bottom, which also acts as storage for the various pieces. You get the shower head, which is a little firm for me with its small rubber spikes on its face, plus the shower hose, a further spray nozzle that has a few functions from spraying flowers, to cleaning items, spray misting etc. You also get a hanging piece to allow hands free showering, a power plug to charge the battery and instructions. Finally there are 2 water holder pouch/bags included so you could fill these for prolonged use of the shower. Just remember, water is not light when you are carrying a lot, so you may want to consider a trolley for that.One thing to reiterate that is mentioned in the instructions is to make sure you aim your hose into the filter inside when you are filling the tank, which will stop any damage to the pump if no water is in when you turn the pump on.This does not heat the water so you will either need to use warm water to fill it, or brave a cold shower (warm water for me though).Once it is charged, and filled with water, turn the pump on. it will initially fire up and then stop (provided the shower head is turned off). Press the button on the shower head which activates the pump an away you go. If you want to swap the heads over, these are quick release plugs, just pull the sleeve down and pop the head off, then attach the other head (make sure to turn the pump off first).Once the lance is attached, that can then be used for cleaning, spraying plants, washing cycles etc. What has surprised me the most is just how powerful this shower actually is. It is arguably more powerful than our home shower, although my wife declined my offer of setting it up for her in the garden.Once you are finished, everything simply packs away inside, ready for the next time. Before putting it away, let it charge so its ready for you to take away with you.Overall a fantastic, essential portable shower to take with you when camping etc.
