Great for supporting my elbows whilst busy landscaping the garden.Just supports the muscles in my dodgy elbows nicely, its is tight for me, but then it needs to be and isn't silly tight.Wearing this I don't feel like my elbow is going to pop out, so it is definitely supportive.I would recommend this elbow support, it is a little more expensive then others, but it works for me, so I feel it is worth it.

I really like the arm sleeves, great fit and support for your arm, they're silicone free don't slip off during the exercises( for me is tennis). And the best part is that you don't get blisters after wearing them for the wholeday, as happens with the ones with silicone grip.Reliefs the pain and prevent from further injuries. Definitely recommend this product!

Another try another brand and they were to tight in one area and too loose in the other. I am average build so why is it so hard to find the right fit. The seller did apologise and send a full refund so not a total loss.

These things are great. I'm about a buck give alr take..5'4" ordered the small and they fit perfect. Not to tight amd not loose at all. Perfect fit. Haven't washes it yet , if any problems there then I will update.
