Putting your thoughts on paper, including your life goals, ambitions, and other aspirations, is a fantastic idea.I know I still have to fight my anxiety in the future, but for the moment I feel healed <3

Writing down your thoughts, life goals, ambitions, and aspirations is a great idea. Some questions are lighthearted and humorous, but others are more serious and thought-provoking. The act of writing freely can be very eye-opening, and the ability to burn the pages afterward, knowing that you're the only person who knows what you wrote, is fantastic. Who knows? You might end up achieving one of your life goals or ticking something off your bucket list!
