Although the set up manual instructs you use the "free pump" there's no pump coming out of the box. The air inlet is too large for mouth, you definitely need a pump.

I started reading on the benefits of icebaths. I wanted something that is easy to assemble and dissasemble since i only have showers and no bathtubs in my house. i used it 4 times and then the sticks that hold the tub up started poking out through the top of the plast, making it defective since it can't be supported anywere. i threw it in garbage after that and the rest was history. if you are trying to experiment ice baths for a reasonable price, this is the product, if you are trying to use this long term, im sorry to dissappoint you but it will not last long before same things happens to you with the supports falling apart through the holes.
