I felt different when I started taking these. I feel way better. It does taste a little earthy but the overall effects is worth it. Energy levels are through the roof. This might be different for everybody but I include this in my stack of vitamins that I take. It is very effective for me and I have not noticed any side effects.

This is my second purchase of this product. I can’t be sure as to the actual effectiveness. It could be the placebo effect, but they seem to help with vitality. I am happy with the purchase.
