Q: What percentage of urea does this product contain?

Dermatonics Once Heel Balm is indicated for use on heels and feet only. I would suggest using Dermatonics Dry Skin Cream instead or checking with your GP/ medical practitioner.

Q: Is this thick like flexitol, or more runny like other heel creams -ccs, scholl etc? i find that it takes a long time to rub in the less thick ones.

Hi, The cream is quick thick. I use it at night by applying the cream and then putting on socks and sleeping the night with the cream being absorbed and keeping my sheets clean. Socks go straight into the laundry (or use the next night if you have really bad cracked heels). Works perfectly - really good stuff.
