I Love this Chair!
**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)** As a someone who works long hours at a desk, I am constantly looking for ergonomic solutions that offer both comfort and functionality. The **IW-320 Zero Gravity Computer Gaming Chair Reclining Workstation** has surpassed my expectations on both fronts, and here's why: ### **Pros:** 1. **Unparalleled Comfort:** The leather seat is plush, supportive, and contours well to the body, making long gaming or work sessions incredibly comfortable. The "zero gravity" recline feature is a game-changer. It takes the pressure off your back and spine, allowing you to lean back and relax fully. This ergonomic positioning is designed to reduce strain and promote better posture. 2. **Fully Adjustable:** The level of customization available with the IW-320 is impressive. From the reclining angle to the height of the chair, and even the armrests, everything can be adjusted to fit your body perfectly. The 5-monitor bracket setup is also versatile and can hold different sizes and arrangements of screens, making it ideal for gaming, trading, or multitasking. You can swivel and move the monitors to any preferred angle with ease. 3. **Sturdy Build:** This chair is built like a tank! The frame feels solid and well-constructed, with a sturdy base that makes you feel secure even when fully reclined. The materials used are of high quality—both the leather seat and metal frame are durable and look like they will last a long time without showing wear and tear. 4. **Immersive Experience:** With the capability to mount up to 5 monitors, this workstation provides an immersive experience that takes gaming and productivity to the next level. Whether you're deep in a gaming session or managing multiple windows for work, the multi-monitor setup allows for maximum efficiency and focus. It's like being in your own personal command center. 5. **Aesthetics and Design:** The sleek black leather and modern design give the chair a premium look. It will easily complement any high-tech gaming or professional setup. Despite its large size, it doesn’t feel bulky or out of place due to its clean lines and thoughtful design. 6. **Perfect for Gaming and Work:** This workstation is a versatile piece of equipment that works just as well for gaming as it does for productivity. Whether you're using it for long gaming marathons, working from home, or even content creation, the IW-320 provides all the ergonomic support you need to maintain focus without discomfort. ### **Cons:** 1. **Price Point:** Let’s be honest—this is a high-end piece of equipment, and the price reflects that. It's an investment, but given the level of comfort, customization, and the enhanced productivity it brings, it’s well worth it for those who spend a lot of time at their desk. However, for casual users or those with a smaller budget, the price might be a significant deterrent. 2. **Size and Space Requirement:** This chair and workstation setup is large. If you have limited space, this could be a challenge to fit into your room or office. It requires ample room to accommodate the chair’s reclining feature, multiple monitors, and the overall footprint of the workstation. 3. **Complex Assembly:** While the instructions are clear, assembling this chair is no small task. You will need time, patience, and possibly another person to help you. It's not a quick "out-of-the-box" setup. That being said, once it's put together, the assembly feels rock solid. 4. **Limited Color Options:** The chair is currently only available in black leather. While black is a versatile color and goes with most setups, it would be nice to have a few more options to suit different tastes or interior designs. --- ### **Conclusion:** The **IW-320 Zero Gravity Computer Gaming Chair Reclining Workstation** is an exceptional investment for anyone serious about their gaming or professional work setup. It combines luxury, ergonomics, and functionality in one sleek package. The comfort it offers, paired with the ability to mount up to five monitors, makes it a powerhouse workstation. While the price and size may be barriers for some, the benefits far outweigh these cons if you're someone who spends significant time at your desk. I highly recommend this chair for both dedicated gamers and professionals alike who seek the ultimate in comfort and productivity.

Extremely comfortable, heavy duty workstation
I have never been able to sit comfortably in chair at a desk, and have recently been sitting in a recliner with a monitor on an arm, but this chair is pure luxury. Almost immediately after placing my order, the seller contacted me and told me what to expect from shipping and unpacking. A week later a crate arrived on my doorstep, and the following day my old recliner and arm were gone forever. The crate will probably fit through most doorways, but as the chair is mostly steel, it's almost too heavy to push around. I unpacked mine outside, and brought the parts inside one at a time. I wouldn't call the assembly process easy, because there are no written instructions and the videos include several different models, but with a little patience everything goes together well. While I didn't have any problems putting it all together, I did need some replacement parts, which were delivered in a little over a week. With all of my communications with the seller through Amazon returned the same day, and the quick resolution of my parts problem, I couldn't be more satisfied with both the customer service and the chair. A few nice things not mentioned in the description include audio input for vibration, a wired remote for vibration and a wireless remote for chair positioning, a large storage bin on the left armrest, extra bolts in case of loss or customization, full size mouse pad for the keyboard tray, and all tools needed for assembly.

Not that comfortable
Surprisingly easier to put together than I would have thought, despite the instruction video they send you being out dated. Definitely need two people. They give you like a ton of extra screws now which is good. Problem is the actual chair is not very ergonomic or comfortable. It doesn’t go back far enough and gets no where close to zero gravity like someone would hope for with a purchase like this. There’s little low back support and I find the foot rest too low at its highest setting. Also the little head rest pillow does not come down far enough. I may be able to adjust it some more but seems like the main middle screen is higher than eye level. If you order this make sure to check your DMs on Amazon cause they won’t ship it til you confirm your details.

Almost perfect... looking
Since I bought this for comfort and long working hours, I was expecting more comfort. This thing comes with no instructions and the videos they give you for assembly are not for the chair I received. Support is quick, but only on WhatsApp and it's... pretty awful. I have LOTS of leftover bolts and screws that don't seem to go anywhere. The monitors move with the chair, but if you wear bifocals, forget about them being at eye level. There's not much room for wire maintenance and the wires have to come out the back. So you can't cover them and I can see dust piling up in that compartment already. It's going to be bad and there are power strips all in there collecting dust. Can't figure out at all how to hook up the heat/vibration. There are no holes to plug into. Same with USB on the arm. Nothing came with it to hook into my computer, so I have a wire I bought laying on the floor. The tray is surprisingly not magnetic, so my stuff slides all over and I'm constantly picking up the remote off the floor. The controller should be built in. Lights built in are worthless. 3 position switch and 2 of the positions do the same thing. The other is off. The leg doesn't lift high enough for "zero gravity" at all. You can't cross your legs and the tray doesn't fit on top of the right arm, so it won't last. Um... try again.

Quality!
Amazon doesn't allow external links and I'm not typing this a third time. Copy/paste from my blog: I have never seen such packing. It was seriously impressive. There must have been a company-wide Tetris contest – in hell-mode where all the pieces are curved. Whoever won decided how to pack this YUGE chair into the not-small crate. It took me two hours to get it out of the crate and cross-check the parts list. This is the first two minutes of the installation video. Installation tip: Put it together in the room where you intend to use it. It is very likely that it will not fit through doorways after being assembled. It certainly would not have fit through mine. Getting just the base into my office was difficult – and put the first nick into my new door trim (note the passive voice; I didn’t do it due to clumsiness; the chair put it there). The instructions are good, verging on excellent. Installation tip: Watch all the videos, first. There have been design revisions and the supplementary instructions can be quite helpful. Some were irrelevant to me as I hadn’t bought that model, but I had to watch them to know that. Some were very helpful, if not necessary. First impressions: This is not “cheap Chinese junk”. This thing is a 1950s American ideal. * The chair is sturdy leather. * The construction is steel (it’s HEAVY). * It bolts (and screws) together. None of those weird Ikea connectors. It’s Mechano, not Lego. * It’s cabled. All the cables are pre-run. There are HDMI cables, USB cables, sound cables, light cables, and power cables. All one needs to do is plug everything in. * The motors are quiet (so far, at least). It has “only” one axis of motion, but does it ever have motion in that axis! The (prewired, of course) remote has four options, each with up/down buttons. Of course, I haven’t actually used it, yet. I’ve sat in it and played with the remote (which is going to give me hours of fun), but I haven’t sat in it all day, let alone all-day-for-years. I have high hopes and paired with high, but seemingly reasonable, expectations. The chair (it’s also the desk) is a little on the YUGE side for the room, but it does fit. I’m typing this in the reclined position, which is more than a bit strange, but it seems to work just fine. The trick is to have the neck pillow in the right place. Installation tip: Attach the message (mah-saj should be spelled differently than mes-age) cables right after attaching the chair. I had to undo things because I couldn’t get them through the cable run with the chair bolted to the back. The angled desk is going to take some getting used to. One cannot put anything on it or when one reclines, the thing falls onto the floor, which is mostly out-of-reach. Now I understand why it came with a phone holder. Update after the first week: Still happy. * The seat bottom is a bit hard, but I expect time to cure that problem. * The monitor is a bit close for work. * The monitor distance ROCKS for video; it's very immersive. * Still difficult to remember not to put things on the desk.

Perfect product even better support and cs
Purchased from Costa Rica and since before purchase I was assigned a contact (on the company page, theres a phone contact) in order to patiently clear all my questions and help me thought the choosing process. When I ordered the team patiently followed up with me waiting for the product to arrive and on the building process helped me with some doubts as well, not only is the product amazing, incredibly comfortable, offers great back support or is great value for the money, but they provide a patient and close approach on the support on the whole process. I choosed the massage chair and the 2 49’ configuration, and this has proven great, plus had an extra request to get the screens a little farther from the seat and the team created an extra piece for my setup for that special need. Not kidding but have never received such an increbidle support.

Great work station during day and gaming cockpit at night!
Absolutely love this chair. Very comfortable and allows me to multi task efficiently while laying back in the chair. I bought off of someone and had to rebuild so it was a bit of a learning curve but this company makes pretty high quality stuff and would absolutely purchase from them I the future.

LONG ROAD BUT IT WAS WORTH IT.
The delivery was fast, being it a few weeks before Christmas. It was delivered on time and had no damage. We waited to give this to our son until Xmas, so we printed the picture out. We then went on vacation the week after Christmas, so we did not get to hire someone to put this together until the second week of January. We opened the box to find a completely different chair. Imperator quickly rectified the situation, and we had the right chair a week later. It's all put together, and my son loves it. It does not come with paper instructions. They send a PDF with videos to help put it together. Worth it 100%
