Size is very deceiving.
I am very disappointed in these bags. I thought I was getting a size big enough to fit my trash can. Replacing some that worked fine. These = while saying they are the same size don't fit. Continually fall down. I wish I had realized earlier but didn't open and use for awhile. I very much wish I could return them.

A must in our kitchen
We always use Hefty garbage bags at our house. These extra-thick bags always hold a lot of trash and stretch with odd-sized materials inside. The inside of our garbage can is rarely dirty because these bags hold up so well. We will never use another brand because these bags are so functional for us.
