Great little treats for parties.
love these, so handy and way better than I could make. Thin and crispy and they usually arrive with no (or very few) breakages. Easy to fill with my "go to" mix of cream cheese and hot smoked salmon (or chilli salmon) and no doubt many other things that take your fancy. They look impressive enough for dinner parties and all my guests love these little bites.

Great shape. Very crisp.
Good crispy canape cases. Didn't last more than an hour with a wetter filling but great with dry filling. We filled with chicken, bacon and pesto mayonnaise filling and they stayed crispy over 2 hours.

These cups are great but WILL arrive crushed, don't mail order unless you're in dire need
These Mini Croustades are absolutely brilliant, but.... having struggled to buy them in my local supermarkets, I decided to risk adding them to an Amazon order. As was probably to be expected, a number of them arrived shattered. This is nobody's fault, they're just too fragile to send in a parcel. If it helps, I eventually managed to track some down in Waitrose, so I'd urge you to try to buy them in person if you can. If you can't, I suggest ordering twice as many as you actually need - if your experience is like mine, the top layer should be OK but the bottom layer will be unusable. It's an expensive way of acquiring them, but they're so much better than any I could make myself.

Go soggy after 2 hours
These need to be eaten ASAP. They were crisp and easy to fill, arrived unbroken, but I filled them with cream cheese/ horseradish/beef and dressing an hour before guests arrived, only to find the cases had absorbed the moisture when I tried one an hour into my event. Look nice, but I won’t buy again sadly.
