We ordered the 10x10 black tent to cover part of our deck for the New Jersey fall season.Two stars because, although it looks of good quality, the roof came with a 3-in hole in the seam. I am hoping someone reaches out to me and we can get this resolved.I will give an update and change my star rating depending on how easily and quickly this can be resolved.UPDATE: 11/17/23- I was hoping the company would rectify the situation. The company was very responsive throughout the process and they went above and beyond!!!!Now I can give a full review of the 10x10 black tent. We have had it up for about three and a half weeks now and it has changed our outdoor living in the fall months in New Jersey.I was looking for something that would cover our deck and furniture because I was tired of needing to bring the cushions in each night because as soon as the sun went down there would be get wet from dew. And I thought it would be nice to be able to sit out when it was raining.This tent has proven to have solved both problems. We can now leave our cushions out on the patio furniture and sit outside anytime we'd like.Even on cold days, the sun will heat up the tent. In the evening, we bring a heater and it heats it up enough to wear sweatshirts and have cozy blankets. It also keeps out the wind which helps it not being so cold inside. My dogs love the tent!The tent so far is waterproof.It has held up to slight winds. We have not had any type of heavy storm yet. We have added water weight bags from Amazon to each leg in hopes that it won't blow away see the photo.The tent itself is very well made with attention to detail. It did take both my husband and I to put it up. I think he could have put it up by himself but it's easier with two people. The sides are surprisingly very clear.I highly, highly recommend this tent. It has changed our outdoor living. Fingers crossed that it holds up through the New Jersey winter. But if not, we'll purchase another in the spring.It's now February 24th and the tent has working during a NJ WINTER!!!! We had 3 snow storm of 3" each. We did need to use a broom to push up the roof to get the snow off the roof, which took 5-10minutes. But only time we took it down was for 1 day for a Nor'easter storm with 60/hr winds.WE LOVE THIS TENT AND HOW IT CHANGED OUR OUTDOOR LOVING!

This is a preliminary review before I even put this thing together because it has a couple potential dealbreakers. I haven't used this yet because the reason I bought it got cancelled, so it's been waiting for me. First off, do not underestimate how HEAVY this thing is. IT IS VERY HEAVY. This isn't something that SHOULD be a surprise but it's relevant. It comes in a carry bag with a couple well placed handles and wheels, but we have two big issues here. One, the bag is extremely flimsy. It arrived with tears in it, the kind that will very quickly grow and destroy the bag's utility probably the first time I take it anywhere. Given how heavy this is, that's going to make its transport a big issue for a lot of people. Secondly, it's very awkward to drag using the handle and wheels because its weight distribution causes the bag to flip over a LOT. (when this happens, the tears in the bag get worse). I'm not sure it'll be able to go anywhere more than once given the bag situation so plan accordingly. I'll update again once I construct it a couple times.

The waterproof roof material was very thin and came with as one foot gap on seam (AKA great big hole). Many seams on Velcro missing thread and couldn’t hold up weight of side walls.

This tent was super easy to put up. I had a different heavy duty tent that was difficult to put up and needed two or more people. This tent I could probably manage on my own. Putting the sides up was the easy and I did that alone. They Velcro on with a long strip that is on the inside of the tent. The clear sides are thick and sturdy as well. I was so worried about purchasing it but I do not regret it at all. I use the tent for vendor events and I hung grid walls from the frame of the tent. The strap on the outside of the carrying bag broke because it is heavy, but that is my only complaint.

Very sturdy plastic was thick and kept us So warm at our nephews soccer tournaments during the winter. Easy set up. Highly recommend for any outdoor outing.

Would definitely buy from them again, if needed.

Thread coming lose after 4 days of being put up overall its ok

I used this tent for a 6 day car camping trip, and it work out great. My only few complaints are about the door panel, it would have been nice if the company would add a 6 inch wide flap to each side, & then add a Velcro strips top to bottom on the flaps, and side walls. This would make to 2 front corners water tight. Another nice recommend improvement would be sealable vents on the bottom of the sides & back wall, and 2 vents on the roof panel for controllable air flow. The tent got up to 90 degrees (F) on a 60 degree (F) day. Last improvement I recommend would be a way to stack down all wall panels.

Very nice tent! Use it for a camp cook shack! Heavy duty frame, heavy top, sides are not as heavy duty!

Like the nice shade of blue, it took a while to get it but it is very nice and now has 4 legs to stand onThe company does care about customer relations which is niceAll worked out and thank you for my new tent

I bought this to do farmers markets with. I has been set up a total of 10 times and the bag has already lost its wheels and the leg from the bag. The corners of the tent top are rubbing through the frame. There are holes in the top of the tent. The frame is nice and sturdy, and I like the fact that the tent top is not just fabric. Helps keep the rain rolling and not pooling. However the materials used in the tent top are just not durable enough in my opinion.

1 star because I had to give one. Bought this tent to use at ball games for the season. It leaked the first day we used it and after 2 days of using it the carrying bag was destroyed. The tent is too heavy for the carrying bag and it tore by the wheels. We tried to return and the seller, Ceny refused to provide a prepaid return label despite it being well within the 30 days. They wanted us to pay $500 to ship this defective item back. The only thing that might be worse then the tent and the seller is Amazon’s A to Z guarantee. Don’t waste your time, they’re no help.
