There are many various fungal nail problems and so there is no 'one fits all' treatments. I tried all the proprietry ones from the chemist and found them totally ineffective on the fungal problem I had. I was very sceptical about this product but after five years of putting up with a thick, painful and discoloured big toe nail I decided to give it a go. It took a long time (5 months) for the treatment to work and, yes, it does pen and ink a bit. But it was all worthwhile and I have now been free of fungus for 15 months.

I have used many different nail fungus products and so far this is the best one. It is too soon to say if it will be 100% perfect as I can see it will be a long process but so far after using it for 2 months I can see a big improvement.

I don't always post a review but this stuff works, and quickly. I have tried a couple of other products which didn't work, I am very pleased with this

Completely ineffective. I've tried several remedies and this one is the only one that made no difference whatsoever. Other remedies I have tried have cured the infection although it has returned some months later. At worst at least other remedies have whitened the nail if nothing else. This stuff did neither. It has a strong smell but that's it. Bit like ............

Waited 4 week before I did review and confirm this really does work. Toenails were in a bad state before but now repairing well

I bought this product for my mum she is diabetic so there isnt many products she can use . We are still in early stages but we can see a clear difference in her nail and the new growth coming through is fungal free ,so thankyou zane Hellas you have made my mum confident again.We have just bought a second bottle (mainly due to a spillage ) and my mums nail is coming through clear ,still half a nail left to go on the big toes but the rest seem to have cleared . I cant thank zane hellas enough as we were told my mum couldnt use anything on her nails due to the diabetes Thanks again 😊

I have waited a few months before writing a review just to make sure the product worked. It does. It's not a quick fix, it takes a few months for the affected nail to grow out but my nail has grown back fungus free!! Highly recommended.

I have used this product and other Zane Hells products - slow improvement. This problem takes many months to fix. Not done yet, but continues to improve. The filing of the nail is essential to remove surface.- the nail is not porous so ensuring absorption.
