Works to increase blood flow
I think there is a noticeable difference in the bedroom, and athletic performance, for men and women. Increased blood flow to vital organs takes a couple of months to really fully work to the point where you go WOW! So, give this time to repair the body. This SAME brand name has a different product that contains Biotin as it's key ingredient. The Biotin product plumped up my thin sagging almost 60 year old face after about 2 months, so I think I look younger. Also, this Resveratrol product and this same brand name's Biotin (plus other ingredients) product, combine with Vitamin K, seem to help with muscle cramping and fibromyalgia when just Vitamin K does not work alone. It is rare for a product to show visual proof it works, and relieve symptoms of life long problems. So, I believe in this brand name. I think this product must have active ingredients in the proper dosage to work together to be so effective. The photo with the sun glasses is the AFTER photo.

Beware concentrations of certain ingredients
Not sure if this did anything. As per other users, it does have a distinctive odor. The biggest concern is that Berberine is listed at the equivalent of 3,000 mg. The max recommended daily dosage of berberine is three times 500 mg, or 1500 total per day. Same with Quecertin, it states equivalent to 4000 mg, however the max daily recommended dosage is between 500 to 1000 mg. That may be part of the issue that many people are having, is that some of these concentrations are just too high for daily use. Since the recommended dosage is two capsules per day you may want to consider cutting back to one capsule a day. I'm not a doctor and these are just my opinions.Update 06/03/25Shannon Shoop, another reviewer said that my dosage numbers above are incorrect. They are not. On the back of the bottle it states, Berberine equivalent to 3000 mg, Quercetin equivalent to 4000 mg. The recommended dosages are from Dr. Axe's website, a well respected resource. Again, not a doctor, but it's easy enough to read the back of the bottle and do some research.

To Geeksultant- dosage and amount of ingredients in this product
To GeeksultantJust using one ingredient here as an example-Extract: This indicates that the Berbitol is in a concentrated form, where active compounds have been extracted from a source material.10:1: This is the extract ratio. It means that 10 parts of the raw material were used to produce 1 part of the final extract. For example, 10g of the original herb were concentrated into 1g of powdered extract.600 mg: This is the weight of the extract in the supplement. So, if a tablet contains 600mg of a 10:1 Berbitol extract, it means that amount is derived from 6000mg of the original raw material. In summary, "Berbitol extract 10:1 600 mg" means you have 600mg of a concentrated extract of Berbitol, where the concentration process used a 10:1 ratio of raw material to extract. It's important to note that the extraction ratio doesn't necessarily indicate the potency of the extract, but rather the amount of raw material used in the process. The potency is determined by the percentage of active compounds, or standardization, which may or may not be indicated on the label.
