I started buying these three months ago, I have since lost 25 pounds, and I just ordered another supply. I can tell when I don't take these because my energy level decreases. The only downside to me about these gummies is the vinegar smell that comes with them, it's manageable, but if you hate the smell of vinegar as I do, you will definitely notice.
