These work well for me. They are subtle and I have no stomach cramps. I get a bit bloated so I use 2 capsules 3 times a day and do this every days so I get better value for money and I'm physically more comfortable, as in no do bloated when taking them but they definitely work well💩

They are easy to swallow but I will not buy this brand again as it is not as good as others I have used in the past. I feel cheated for the amount i paid for it.

Actually thought my stomach calmed down quite a bit using these. They are quite expensive but maybe worth a try just to see.

After day two i was feeling alot less bloated. Needing the toilet about half hour after taking two with each meal. Cant wait for the end of the 10 days to see more results

Have been wondering about these tablets they are great but noticed last order never went to the full length of time so this time I counted them there was only 55 and capsules and even 3 1/2 ones no sign of beening opened and there not cheap I knew last few weren’t right amount be never counted the till today for curiosity not good ☹️

Totally the opposite of what I expected, the Mrs and I got more bloated and bunged up when on these… for us they didn’t work and if anything made us both feel more lethargic. You are better off just drinking the recommended water.

After using as directed I am not sure it does what it says it does. Can't say I feel any better than before as I already eat a healthy diet and just wanted to do a cleanse.

Io l'ho trovato fantastico, essendo fitoterapico ovviamente non ha efficacia immediata ma contenendo fermenti lattici e altre sostanze vegetali non irritanti al posto della senna (che ha controindicazioni) mi ha supportato l'intestino senza gonfiarlo e senza provocare fastidiosi dolori come mi è capitato con altri integratori per la stipsi. Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi soffre di colon irritabile
