Just waste of money

Really pleased with this product! I'm doing sport regularly but because of the busy lifestyle not always have adequate meals. Found this protein to be excellent for quickly getting that extra fuel (and making sure I don't lose muscle weight after training!). Sometimes I also have it even when I'm not training but the fridge is getting empty:) Surprisingly gives a prolonged feeling of satiety. Tried mixing it with water and it's ok but the best taste, as I found out, is when using milk and adding some banana. However you need a blender for that. Tastes very natural, unlike some other proteins I tried before. Great stuff overall!

Just received my second tub. Good balanced mix of whey protein composition - concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate which feeds and restores muscles at varying time releases. Mixes much better in a shaker than a lot of big brand products which can remain cloggy and bitty. I tend to take this with fruit & veg juice post workout and milk another two times (3 servings daily) and it blends well with both.. does produce a nice creamy milkshake. I've had strawberry and cookies flavours, both taste nice to me! Quite expensive it has to be said but remember this is a combination product (not "just" a concentrate) and also contains glutamine, good levels of BCAA's so as long as Amazon/the manufacturer keeps their pricing point where it is (around £40 for 2kg if not better on a deal) I'll be sticking with it.I/m 6ft 2" 112Kg so I double up (take 2 scoops per serving) and it seems to be working for me
