There's more than just the Inversion Table
The table is BETTER than just good; but the 5th star is earned for customer support which is superlative. Before I made the purchase several questions were answered within 24 hours. After assembly of the unit the massage pillow worked, but seemed to be turning itself off after about 8 minutes. A replacement was delivered within a week of the time that I enquired as to whether this is considered normal. Some brief background: I am 78 years old, have suffered from chronic back pain for over 20 years, have undergone physical therapy along with a Yoga like daily exercise routine, and most recently had an MRI that revealed age related spinal degeneration affecting my lower back and neck regions. My physician had little to offer. There were days where the pain radiated throughout my back and partially into my left leg. It often restricted in my ability to walk my dogs. Even sitting could be uncomfortable. After considerable research, and despite no conclusive agreement that an Inversion Table is much more than a placebo I decided to try one - - - and to save a few bucks if it turned out worthless I went to the highly rated but less expensive Innova product.Positives:1.The Innova Table is easy to assemble with excellent instructions and videos available; but it does take some time and patience.2. I adapted, quickly and easily to Inversion but I strongly recommend gradual increases in time and incline.3. Balancing on the table is actually fun.4. There has been a very definite improvement in my back pain. I assume it will never totally disappear, but is now reduced to a sort of very tolerable soreness...and I have only been at this for 7 weeks.5. The table fits comfortably under an 8 foot ceiling and take up an acceptable amount of space. The Negatives: (every product has some, and they are minor with this table)1. As noted by others, the "massage" pad is actually a " heated vibration" pad. I like it, but do not expect it to do everything.2. The table is stable but could be more sturdy. I am certain I will get my money's worth, but we will have to see how it holds up over the long run.3. I currently use the 30 degree incline, which is what the literature recommends as best for my age group. It works. Some products allow infinite adjustment of the angle. On the Innova I will have to go up to 45 degrees next. It might be advantageous if the design allowed more gradual increases.4. I am on the table 3 times a day, My routine is 2 minutes incline, 2 minutes in a neutral position, 5 repeats. For many people this may take up too much of their day; but it's been working for me and enforces the reported advice that frequency of incline is more important than duration. Please consider that like most of what else is posted about Inversion Therapy; my advice is purely anecdotal. I truly like the product, love Innova, and can whole heartedly give this endorsement.

Great build for price - but if you are short you won't be able to get on it
I have a lot of spinal issues including broken. Been through a couple of cancer surgeries recently and all of my body is now compressing my spine more and in severe pain, Lymphedema and RA. I have used DRX machines at a Chiropractor, but with my recent Double Mastectomy and Radical Hysterectomy, logically don't think having a machine pulling on the areas trying to heal would be a smart decision.I did my research and even discussed this inversion table with my spinal doctor, OBYNE, breast surgeon, and Orthopedics. My response was that Inversion Tables would be a good choice and this brand is the best that they found. It was a super good price as well and so I purchased it.Yes, it took about 3 hours to put together, but the instructions on the video online was the best to use and honestly the build made a lot of common sense to me, so putting it together again might be so much easier and memorized. The tools come with it and are nicely put on a paper base labeling each part with also the step it goes to, and shrunk wrapped to keep in place. Very nice packaging.Very well built, would trust this over any other inversion table. sturdy, and like that you do not have to go full inversion or try to balance yourself to whatever position you want, because they have a pin system to set at multiple inversions and guarantee you not to go any further upside-down if that is what you want.Problem - The claim is that it works for people from 4 foot something. I am 5 foot tall and there is not way I will be able to get on this thing. You set the height of the person with the bar that the ankle holder is on. The shorter the person, the higher step it is to get on this thing. The part that I need to stop on to was positioned at my thigh!!! I cannot lift that high and twist to get in around the bars and poles, especially with my in pain spine. I was thinking to try putting a stool or steps to walk up and get on it, but that didn't work either, because there are bars in the way and when your spine is in pain, there is no way to twist and lift around things to get on, not to mention that the moment you go to get on and your butt is pushing on the seat, you start to go backwards and you are not strapped in yet. When I put the bar to the floor on the tallest setting, I still have a hard time twisting over things but can at least step onto it, but then my head is where my butt should be on the cushion, and once you are on the table, you cannot move the foot bar because your weight is on it.Another product where the videos show such ease in and out and use of it, when it is impossible unless you are tall. My son is 5 foot 6 inches and he couldn't navigate either.I was looking into returning this, but the return policy said in un-used and same condition and boxed the same way etc. That is impossible, as the plastic they put on the back of the cushion was left on when they bolted the bar onto the back, so in order to bolt to the frame you have to break through the plastic to get into the holes etc, and the original packaging on each piece is never going back on and a puzzle to put back in the one box it came in.I called the company, and they were very nice to work with, and was going to help me in returning it for refund. BUT......this is a great product, built great, and can't even imagine how they are making this for such little money in the USA because this is high quality material and definitely cost them more to ship to me free through Amazon and then they were also going to be out the shipping back to them. So, I decided I wanted to keep this item and try to figure out how to use it in other ways, because I feel bad returning a great product that for the money, I could see what I could do to make it work. The heat and massage pad really works great....and is removable and does not have to be used with the inversion table. I put it on my own massage table or the floor and it works great on my back, simulating my physical therapy on a half noodle type thing on the spine. That alone would probably cost the money I spent on this thing if I were looking for a heating or massaging item that was a piece of crap for the money (which most are), yet this one is awesome!!!I also laid the cushion back on the floor with and without the heating massaging pad, and it was great to be on. Leaving the bar on the back of the cushion, you get a little tilt taking a tiny pressure off while massaging, so that works too.BUT....what I really need to do is to create a frame that would work for this and for me and other short people. Just made for us. The problems that come in are when these companies are trying to create for a variety of heights and weights and a one size really does not fit all.So if you are a consumer..........if you are under 5.5, for $200 the cushion and heating massage thing are great, and I am using the frame as the perfect stand up push up base.......works great to hold the handles from the back side of the frame and lean in for standing pushups. So like having a gym.For maker of the product...... if you would like to reach out to me on coordinating a product for people that have spinal pain already and also the ones that are shorter, please......do so. I would like to work with you on creating the perfect product for all of us out here that have no other options that you are missing out on.This company has a nice customer service, great instructions and great product for a super great price. Now we just need to perfect it to work with the people that are below 5 foot 5.I will not be returning this item, because as a person that understands business and money, the shipping alone will be more for the company to pay than I paid for this product. I don't want to see them go out of business, lose money or raise the prices. I want to help solve the problem and make them get out there with their great product and also help my spinal problems. So, I am serious, I would like the company to reach out to me to work together to make a better product for a huge population that is being missed. And when our spines are compressing, we are shrinking in height, so need to have a different product.

WOW.....JUST WOW. DEFINITELY TWO THUMBS UP AND FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL
First, I had a little hiccup when I received the inversion table. After receiving the table, it was missing the tools/parts and instruction booklet with the box not being in the best condition. I got on the phone with customer service and was greeted with a warmest of welcomes and after I mentioned to the receptionist of my problems, a genuinely nice apology was given followed by the date of a brand-new replacement arrival which was to be delivered in two days. I was given instructions on what to look for and explained in detail about the return of the defective inversion table. I would have given a 3 rating because of how I received the first table and missing the tools/parts and booklet, but customer service changed ALL and speedy replacement table delivery.Fast forward: The table did not take me too long to put together, not counting the times I stopped and watched television. Overall, it took me around an hour and half to put it together.I used it once for 5 minutes to feel it before I started doing my sessions. I was so shocked at how easy it is to invert and then get back to upright position so quickly. I gave myself around a 30% grade, which was not too bad.The ankle holding system was really nice and easy to work on. I am around 240lbs, and it was extremely comfortable, and I had no fear of falling with my feet and ankles securely locked in the holding system.I will see how the heating pad goes in the future and do an update here on how that works.I so look forward to my sessions with this inversion table. The price was just toooooo good to pass up, not to mention an outrageous number was quoted from a clinic the other day when I was looking to get a decompression done. After talking to a friend who had a decompression done at the exact same office, she decided to get the inversion table since it does the same thing. You will not go wrong with this purchase. It will pay for itself in the first few sessions.

First impression? Very good!
Product arrived in perfect condition. Just received it yesterday, so this is my initial review, to be updated as time goes on. Product was packaged very well. Instructions were very clear, as long as you read them carefully, and look at the illustrations. Several wrenches were provided, but the assembly process will be much easier if you have a 1/2 inch socket handy. You will also need a phillips head screwdriver near the end. The assembly process took about an hour. The hardest part of the install was attaching the seat assembly to the frame. It would have been helpful to have a 2nd person, but it can be done by one person. All the parts were clearly labeled, and organized by the assembly steps. Very helpful! A few notes about the first use. I have a very bad back (spondylolisthesis), and I found the heat/massage pad quite uncomfortable. I had to remove it for my own use, you may have a different experience. The user height adjustment is very accurate. My only initial complaint is the headrest adjustment. You have to remove the two bolts that attach the headrest to the frame, move the headrest to the appropriate position, and reinstall the two bolts. It seems like there could have been an easier way. Once you are secured into the ankle restraints, reclining is as easy as raising your arms one at a time. The product seems very sturdy, and well constructed. I inverted to about 80%, and completely relaxed while listening to Dark Side of the Moon. Initial reaction is that I am really going to enjoy this purchase. To be continued...
