Another solid Amazon Basics product where buying name brand doesn’t really make a difference. This is a solid product and works great for baking stuff at home. You get a good amount and it’s easy to use for a great price. Will buy more when I run out.

This seems to last forever, but I’ve re-ordered this over the years,.. I line every single pan with parchment paper, for the food you’re cooking to absolutely not stick, and also nothing is left stuck to the pan.. cleanup is a breeze!

Auto-ignition temp is somewhere between 428 and 451 Fahrenberger: - ) This stuff is not asbestos. (ask me how I know). But, it is an amazing material. Real parchment is, of course, an animal skin of some kind. This isn't parchment. That said, it works wonderfully in baking stuff. I use it all the time as a lining in my Dutch oven baking sourdough bread. Hasn't caught fire yet. Also works nice dehydrating sticky stuff.

The parchment paper is ok (no gridlines) but the cutting edge inside the box is poorly attached-ours fell off and we had to figured out a way to glue it back on.
