This is the best thing I’ve ever bought my kids. It’s primarily for my daughter to practice gymnastics, but my kids use it for fun and to get energy out. As an anxious person, it means a lot when I said I wasn’t nervous at all about durability. My daughter spiderwoman-ed halfway up the door even. It helps get extra energy out and they have fun for a while. My daughter practices backbends, handstands, and arm/core strength with this.

I noticed that I’ve stiffened up after some trauma & inactivity. I want to be more flexible after starting the process of pursuing my dreams of getting into aerial fitness & routines. I basically just need to develop more of a routine. It’s sturdy & great, it’s just more of a me situation at this point lol.

This is really good for stretching but inversions or hanging may be out of the question I first used a normal bedroom door and saw how wobbly it was so I placed it on my entry door. And when I tried to hang in it, it actually pulled the metal off the door frame. May have been because I put the ends to close to each other. Once I moved them further apart the pulling seemed to stop. Great for the price though if your pretty bendy like me and need some extra help.

Fabulous for assisting me with my rehabilitation!I can deepen my stretches to reach muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia that I wasn't able to otherwise. This includes, tailbone, hips, and pelvic muscles.

I was expecting hammock or aerial silk materials but this is cheaper and thinner feeling. The straps are also shorter than I was anticipating and I feel like I can’t get as far away from the door as I need in order to properly use the sling.

I am trying to increase my flexibility and this has been pretty nice. I haven't used it consistently enough or long enough to speak to the results My two daughters love to play in it as well and use it more as a swing. The only complaint I have is that the fabric can bundle up putting pressure in a smaller surface area across my back instead of spreading it out. If anyone has tips on how to fix that, that would be great! Really though, I am quite pleased with this product.
