Well Made With Only One Plastic Piece
This is a beautiful piece of hardware. This finish looks great and everything seems strong and well-built. There is only one piece of plastic in the deadbolt lock. The key turns a deadbolt lock using a plastic shaft. It worked great for me, but I would have preferred it to be all metal. The knob is real glass and looks very special. It has a great weight to it and feels great in your hand.

Buy something else
the metal attached is not long enough to go through the door. Installation for this handle was a nightmare.Update: the seller reached out and was extremely courteous and took care of the issue!

One of the screws is stripped inside
The door knobs look nice and was fairly easy to install. The right screw is stripped inside and will not screw all the way in. My husband had to customize the front handle because of the holes in the door didn’t line up on the door. If the screw wasn’t stripped I would give it a better review.UPDATE: Customer Service reached out to me and sent me a new doorknob and it is perfect. I believe good customer service should always be rewarded so I have updated my review.

Easy upgrade with elegant look
Very sturdy lock set that is easy to install and looks great. Definitely an easy way to spruce up the look of your front door.

Latch/ spindle doesn’t work
We installed the lock and knob properly but the spindle doesn’t work and the latch won’t open so this is basically useless. the seller should replace the spindle but it seems like that won’t solve the problem unless the spindle is designed differently.

Door handle and lock
This door handle and lock works very well and is made very well. Overall I recommend this product. Also the price is reasonable.

Very nice looking handle
I love the looks of this. It replaced an old one on our front door. Was easy to install and fits perfectly. Is very sturdy and secure.

Poor Quality
You get what you pay for. The metal is slightly thicker than a soda can. When installing, one of the sleeves came loose and it was impossible to tighten the screw without making modifications. Save yourself some grief and skip over this lock set no matter how attractive the price may be.
