Love this! Exactly what I expected. And LOOK AT IT!
I'm laughing at the reviews that complain about this item. It's NINE BUCKS. You'd think they paid $50 and were expecting gold plated decorations. There weren't instructions so I looked at the pictures and figured out how to attach the balloon to the stick. Just weave the tied end through the openings of the plastic jig. When I blew it up, the sequence stuck to the sides (static!).I untied the ribbon and tied it to the little peg on the jig. Insert the plain straw into the jig, then insert that into the decorate straw. There is sticky tack on sheets, just pull off the clear part, stick the back of the butterfly to the sticky tack and it adheres to the butterfly, then place the wire stick against the back of the butterfly. The whole assembling process took less than 10 minutes.Couldn't be happier with this product!

Will look wonderful on my granddaughter's birthday cake.

It's foam
Kids wouldn't eat them. It's like paper, not edible candy.

NOT as advertised!!!!
This comes in pieces! NOTHING like the pix! The cute balloon… yeah… it’s a plain milky balloon w/ sequins inside. When u blow it up, the sequins, of course, simply stay at the bottom. The butterflies aren’t on sticks. They send u super flimsy wires & some impossible to use sticky things that u can’t even get the backing off of. We ended up scotch taping the butterflies. Don’t waste your money….

Balloon doesn’t blow up
Not at all like picture. Wished I saw the review, too expensive for cheap faulty material. Ugly colored balloon did not blow up you have to stick butterflies to ugly bendable sticks overall I don’t recommend.
