Cooling gel is not really cooling
The cooling gel is not performing as advertised at all compared to other brands that I have. Also it has very bad smell, didn't go even after wash

Difference in size and hardness
I purchased the same product 6 months ago and it is really good. I ordered the product again a week ago, but it is very bad and not as thick and durable as the previous product. I did not notice this until I tried the two products. Otherwise, I would have returned it to the supplier.

Comfortable
The cooling gel effect is lost a bit through the pillow covers. But still does the job well.It does have a bit of a "smell" to it, but unless I stick my nose into it I don't really notice it.
