Clear video and it was very easy to install
I cannot tell you how well this system worked for me. Clear video and it was very easy to install. The only problem is there is no manual that they give you in the event you run into any problems. They do not have a telephone number to contact them. You have to email them and there is a big time difference to get a response back. They do respond but when you run into a problem you have to keep resending your order number and tell them the problem you are having. Again they get back to you and get the problem fixed but you have to patient with them getting back to you. The product itself is WONDERFUL and I would recommend to anyone. They do provide a little piece of paper which they say is a brochure but it is of no help when you have a problem. To get a problem fixed you have to email them.

Anything but user friendly !
Impossible setup with one small page "guide" written by a watch maker ...need a magnified glass ,video in Chinese, and no customer support. With countless attempts over last 11 months. .....still can't hook-it-up.Don't waste your time & money with Fredi.

Doesn't work at all to me
Instruction is very confusing, camera suck up a significant amount of power, can't view the live videos online, really poor purchase
