Bought this to go with the pen and extra sticks. My grandson turned 7 and he loved this for his birthday. He plays it a lot and the case helps him keep all his colored sticks together.

The product was purchased for my granddaughter for her 3D pen and additional filament... works well and secures filament and pen to keep them from moving around

This is a great little pen, my daughter has loved it. However I would recommend going for a corded pen if you have a kid with ambitious art projects. My daughter had to stop to charge her pen multiple times during each projects and eventually we just got a corded one. It just takes too much heat to keep the pen working for a battery to keep up.
