Great roof sealer. Easy to use and apply. A+ 1 gal did my 17' hybrid.
I had previously ised dicor self level lap sealant to replace my vents and used dicor non sag for trim and seams and to create a condensation/rain run off channel.I skipp3d stage 1. Wasnt a fam of the cost for a quart.I woke up early and scrubbed the roof with a soft car wash brush, Warm water and blue dawn dish soap. I then used a high pressure nozzle on my garden hose and really hosed it all down until the water ran clear, no more grey water or particles visable.I then used a soft bristle broom and swept the water off. And towel dried any spots with a little pooling, I wated until everything was dry, about 40 mintues on a 80 degree day.I then started a thin coat at one corner pouring some out and using a 1/4" nap roller applied until the roller hissed when rolling and added more paint. While waiting for that to dry enough to walk on. I went around the edged and did the trim with a 2" brush.Coat 2 I laid on thicker. Then did more trim coat 3 was thick then Inused the bit left over to apply to areas of water pooling and seams. All in all, it was about 5 hours total with some breaks and even a run to my LHS for more paint thinner. This stuff has a odd odor. Like industrial silly putty. Its thick. Like honey or cold maple syrup. Easy to work with. It wont run unless you pour out too much.Keep mixing ans you wont have the gallon skin up on you. If you take a break, cover it with a wet T shirt or rag to stop it from drying uo.If working from the can, get a pour spout snap on lid. It will keep thr can clean when moving around. This stuff cleans up easy with paint thinner and a good microfiber rag.A+ would buy it again!

it worked
I had a problem with the lock on my door. When the sun shone on the lock, I could not open it. I searched a lot after a paint that would keep it from warming up. To make it work I had to stir it at least 15 minutes. That was very, very hard work. The first time I applied the paint I skipped the 15 minutes and it did not work. The second time I really stired the full 15 minutes and it worked.

It's the industry standard
Very durable and easy to apply. It's thick but flows nicely to the area you need. Take your time, plan the work and make sure the area is clean for best adhesion.

Update....Mostly pleased
I recruited my son for this job. I wanted to coat the roof to extend it's life and stop the chalking streaks down my 5th wheel. Spent 3 hours wrapping it with plastic per advice from manufacturer. Then did step 1 with care, not to overspray, then scrubbed and rinsed for about a 1/2 hour. Waited for dry time, didn't take long in 74° and sunshine. Then did 2 thin coats with step 2, with ample dry time in between. Looked really good and felt good that time to make sure it was done correctly. 2 weeks later I check on the roof, 90% looks great. The 10% that didn't looked as if we trapped air under the coating?? I could push small areas down, so it wasn't bonded?? then had three areas that my shoe broke open the air pocket to expose original roof. I was surprised how easy it was to tear. Happy about most of the roof, just disappointed that I had to emergency RV tape repair opened areas.Update. Sooooo over a month later I go up on my rv roof to add vent covers, I was so disappointed to see this coating cracking apart in multiple spots! What the heck! I now am really questioning the product. Most is still in good shape, but now I have to buy another gallon to fix all the spots that have cracked. With all the time and cost, I wish I had not coated my roof! No way to get a refund either....Update#2- I contacted Dicor customer service and explained my issue with the Cool Coat cracking. They quickly responded and let me know that I made the layers to thin. I was really shocked and pleased that they are re-supplying me with the correct amount of gallons and they are sending the activator (part 1) also, for no charge. Thank you Dicor customer service for making my situation correct, even when I mistakingly made it to thin.

whole new roof
I resurfaced the roof of my 12 year old travel trailer, and the results are remarkable. It's like a whole new roof. The application isn't very challenging, the directions are clear, and there are helpful Youtube videos available that explain it very well. What's tough is that you need to cover all sides of the trailer in plastic first or the step 1 cleaning product will stain - this is true. I would also advise having a hose ready to wash your driveway after you rinse off step 1, I did this to avoid staining and it worked well. You also need a couple of hot sunny days with no rain in the forecast, since they recommend a lot of direct sunlight before the product is exposed to moisture for proper curing. We'll see how it holds up over time, but the finished product feels pretty solid. IMPORTANT: This is step 2 of a two part application, make sure you use step 1 as well or it won't bond.
