The violet is not.
I'm a Nutrisse fan of almost two decades, but the Intense Violet is an intense fail. This is red. Red red red. Luckily, I like red, but it was not the color I was promised on the box and was lusting over.

Product is probably old
Of course this isn’t going to give you platinum. Especially that the toner conditioner is not strong enough. All good because I have a really great shampoo and conditioner. I use fanola and it has already started taking away some of the yellows and oranges. If you want it to be faster I know that Wella t18 is really good. Now for the bad. This product is obviously old. Did it do a good job? Yes but I used 2 boxes on my head from this seller when I ran out. The lightening cream was impossible to squeeze out and when cut open it looked like the inside was rusty. When I went to the store to buy the same product it was super easy to squeeze out. So buyer beware.

Yellow must be the new platinum...
Followed the instructions... yet, I turned out looking like Keifer Sutherland from lost boys. The top of my hair is remarkably yellow, but the rest of my hair turned out bearable. The top of my head turned out a vibrant corn yellow, which is a big problem. Now I have to figure out how to fix this disaster. For reference, my hair is a dirty ash blonde that has never been bleached. I didn't expect to look exactly like the box, but I really didn't expect it to be this bad.

Great hair color that doesn’t fade
My absolute favorite hair color. I’ve been using this brand and color for very many years and I always get so many complements. Having a two pack available made my day since I always need two because I have very long hair. The color lasts a long time and doesn’t fade. A few tips though; be prepared for major color bleed in the shower with every wash (it will be very messy), use two boxes if you have long hair, don’t go to bed with wet hair or you’ll have orange bedding in the morning, and don’t color right before an event where you’ll sweat a lot because you’ll sweat red (not joking and not pretty). Great product that I hope never gets discontinued!

Will not use again.
I ordered the intense deep indigo. I thought the color would be less black in appearance, but it's so dark blue that it looks black unless you are in the direct sunlight. I don't mind it though. I like how the color looks on me. The smell is very strong, and if you have a good amount of hair then I suggest more than one application. I ordered 3 boxes and used every bit. The dye and the conditioner left my hair feeling kind of weighed down. Ill probably use it again as long as there isnt a heavy build up which I have had a problem with from Garnier in the past. **Update** I really liked the intial color but here we are a month later and not only has all the blue washed away but the black as well. My hair looks absolutely terrible with ugly brown patches mixed in with the worse kind of faded black. Its not only ugly but it feels even worse. I understand colors fade quickly but this isn't that normal fade. The first 2 pics are the first day with no styling, just a simple air dry. The last one is how my hair look right this second having air dried this morning. So disappointed in this product.

Comparison of three Blue Blacks.
BL-11 has no blue to it. It's a pretty flat black. It faded to a very dark brown before my roots started to show. "Meh" summed this one up for me. Like eating a cold cheese sandwich (not because you craved it or like it, but just because it satisfied your hunger).BL-22 is a shinier black, but still no blue. At least the shiny makes it less "meh". Like having a grilled cheese sammich vs that cold one.BL-21 has a more noticeable blue tone to it, and some shine. If you want a blue sheen that won't get you fired or make people think you're an anime character, stick with this one. I've used it many, many times.I got good coverage from all of them initially and they did cover my grey.I use Garnier's shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair. All three have been gentler on my hair and scalp than Vidal Sassoon (I LOVE their blue black, but my scalp doesn't), and both Garnier and VD's lasted longer on my stubborn grey than Feria.

Great for those with dark hair
I have medium-dark brunette hair with some gray in it.I always use this brand. It does have a bleaching agent in it, so be aware that it does cause a small amount of "permanent damage" to your hair. The included conditioner does help make it soft and smell good.Be aware that the "undertone" color (red, purple, etc.) tends to get bolder each time you re-dye with this color. So if you work in a conservative environment, you might have to re-dye your hair brown/black every 6 months or so.

It's crap
I don't k ow if they're trying to dupe people but this dye is utter crap. It did absolutely nothing to my hair except maybe listen it a tini bit. At first I was scared my hair was going to come out blue as the mixture was a blue color. But, as it turns out. It didn't even come out blue... Don't buy it. The first one is my hair color before. And the second is after... Legit no difference except maybe a lighter brown...

Chemical reaction to this brand
I have been colouring my hair for the last 20 years. This product gave me an allergic reaction on my neck where the colour touched my skin. Probably contains sub standard chemicals. I have never had a reaction to any colours I’ve used before.
