Bought for my husband for birthday present and he absolutely loves it has had no complaints about it so far. It monitors his sleep his walks and seems to have all the bells and whistles

Came brand new, battery life is WAY better than the 4th. Not a UK version but works just the name.The charging speed surprised me as it's pretty fast. Had on for two days, using it to track two bike rides and my sleep and my battery is at 55%I would recommend getting a case and screen protector, just as precaution. I bought a case and didn't put it on and was on the fence about it, then I snagged my door handle and scuffed off the coating on top of the watches titanium housing, on its side, the watch wasn't damaged itself rather that coating over it. But even then I want personally to preserve it's day one look. Maybe you would too knowing this now.If your seal has been replaced don't worry as its normal (as far as I'm aware) for oversees products like this to be opened. This is to check the item over, and a new seal is placed on top. If your item isn't new or what's described then just get it replaced.

This watch isn't a UK model but for the price it's decent. The region is Thailand / east Asia so this means no UK samsung warranty (confirmed by Samsung). Judging by the responses from the sellers they didn't know its not a UK model and offered a full refund but I decided to keep it due to the price. After a couple of months of use i can say its great for me but I don't use the watch for payments... as far as I can gather the out of region problem will effect payments although I've seen a simple fix online. The watch is a solid unit and lasts 3 days between charges buy that's not wearing it to bed. I've gone for a Velcro strap and none glass screen protector (so no cracking)

Despite being told by the seller that it works with iPhone, It does not. I’ll be returning the watch. I can’t stand sellers that’ll speak any untruth to make a sale! Amazon should fine them for bringing the experience into disrepute, and compensate the customer.

Has all functions plus of Watch 4 but battery life is much better
