Amazing bit of kit!As you can see from my video it adds something extra to your setup.It's easy and quick to install these lights and they pretty much work as they should straight out of the box. I am highly impressed with this kit and would recommend it to anyone wanting to add some light to their setup

Working as expected. The lights are really bright. No need to connect WiFi or bluetooth or install any apps - it is all optional. Product and packaging quality is outstanding. It's not really zero lag for the lights. HDMI pass-through feels like zero lag, yes, but lights following screen: I would say around 200ms lag. But that's not the point. The point is to have your room lit up with colors from your screen, and for that, it's working perfectly fine. Much better than software solutions as all video modes work flawlessly (DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan...), and your CPU/GPU are free to do their own thing. HDMI passthrough is active, which means that if the box looses power, you loose the picture on your monitor. LED strip is pre-segmented, pre-cut and pre-terminated, so the only thing you need to do is to stick it to your monitor/TV. Resolutions tested: 2560x1080x120, 3840x1600x45, 3840x1600x75.

Overall a good product, well made and packaged. was missing the screws for the light stand bases which means I can't give it a 5* rating

After researching and again as I tend to do, or procrastinate. I am proud to say I am an owner and recommend to anyone. Do bere on mind that using HDMI 2.0 cables is recommended, if you're like me and changed from display port cables remember to reset your refresh rate in windows, I currently use 144mhz and am in love. Also the setup through the govee app is super easy but very important.

Stopped working after a year of having it. Not impressed with the price as well.

Works perfectly, even managed to get it working on dual monitors with a bit of careful placement of the light strip. It still only syncs the video from my main monitor but I prefer having both monitors backlit at once.Once of the nicest packaged govee products and has connected to all my other govee items with no issues

Doesn't work very well with Xbox and PS5, the connection keeps failing resulting in the screen blacking out for a few seconds every minute or so, looks great when it's actually working but not worth the money
