Does any oil drip down the spouts after pouring?

Sometimes a very small amount drips on the spout, but it never drips on the bottle. I think it may drip based on the angle I stop pouring. I love the set. I also like that it offers two sizes of pour spouts on each spout.

How does it keep air from oxidizing the oil inside the bottle?

The bottle is not air tight. Even if it was air tight there would still be air in the bottle unless you pump it out. The trick is to consume a lot of olive oil, which we do, and refill the bottle frequently, which we do. If you decide to get these bottles I also recommend getting a stainless steel funnel. It will make filling the bottles much easier. I bought an inexpensive funnel on Amazon

The set is probably made in China, like almost everything else. I generally steer clear of products made in China because I usually find them inferior, with little or no quality control. However, this set is well made proving that there are exceptions to everything.

Is the glass dishwasher safe

I didn't get any instructions but have put them in the dishwasher a couple times now and have had no negative issues.
