The desk top came craked

Our office has purchased several of these desks over a span of a year.After 1-4 months all of them have malfunctions in the key pad being unable to move the desk up or down causing it to be permanently stuck in one position.The customer service for this product is non existent, a replacement keypad does not exist anywhere, by the time we were finally contacted back (BY AMAZON, NOT BY THIS COMPANY) there was nothing we could do and they asked why we waited so long to contact them about this malfunctioning product..... (eye roll).In terms of sturdiness-absolute joke- no matter what was done the squeaky rocking motions of the desk could not be overcome.The desk was unassembled, re assembled, and all the awful squeaky rocking persisted, additional support material and super glue still didn't solve the problem.Again, this was not 1 desk, this was a series of 3-4 ordered every 3 months for the past year.Absolute CRAP. The only product I've been so disgusted about ever on Amazon (not amazon's fault, they and their customer service was amazing).

My desk doesn't even go up and down by itself anymore. I have to hold the cord and button at just the right angle to adjust it, and that can take hours. DO NOT GET THIS DESK.

Had the desk for a little over 6 months and barely used the stand up feature but went out a little over 6 months after purchase. Since I don’t buy the protection plan, Amazon will not help me. I had to leave a voicemail with the company but like others have stated, they don’t hear back from them. DO NOT BUY! Buyer beware!!

I bought this versus competitors solely because the top was one piece. Its actually two pieces like the other cheap manufacturers. Now I am stuck with this desk because I live in the city without a car and can’t lug it to UPS to return. Shame on this company.

This desk was just the size I needed, easy to put together and easy up and down!

The media could not be loaded.  I thought this was a manual-adjustable desk. Nope! It’s much cooler than that! This baby has four memory settings and adjusts itself. I don’t know why I didn’t realize that until I got it out of the box. For the price, it is definitely worth your money!

Guys, DO NOT BUY THIS!! The wooden top comes with damaged. I contacted the Amazon customer service, and I have to ship the whole furniture back for return because they don’t accept partial or whole exchange. I have already assembled the bottom electrical stands part. At this point, I do not want to disassemble and return the whole heavy package. I am so disappointed. Saw other reviews too. I am not the first one have similar issues.

I bought (2) of these desks for my sons for Christmas; they both wanted larger desks (they had cheapo small ones that only held a keyboard and mouse) and they had added some larger cheap desks on their wish lists. I looked at a few similar 'gaming' desks to the ones that they had asked for (the cheapest gaming desks that fit the size they wanted), but the more my wife and I thought about it, we wanted something that would grow with them as they go through teenage years. I use an adjustable stand-up desk for work, which I love, so I started to look for something similar.Cruising the depths of Amazon, these SHW height adjustable desks come up and there were many good reviews. We liked that they were metal and also that you can adjust the height to exactly the best ergonomic position for each son. So, we ordered two of these a few weeks before Xmas and on the 25th, they each received one, to their delight. I refilled the coffee and Baileys and got to work when the gifts were all unwrapped.The desk assembles easily - the instructions are very easy to follow and the quality of metal and hardware is sturdy and well packaged. I used my own tools to assemble these two quicker, but there were tools in the hardware. There was just one glitch - the two desks that we receioved here in Canada came with electrical plugs that were shaped for Australia/China. Bummer. I used an adapter to set the heights for each boy and later that day, I sent a message to the seller through Amazon.To my surprise, the seller replied on Christmas day, wanted some pics - no problem, and within a few messages they promptly shipped out the two proper plugs. Mistakes happen, I get it, but how a company deals with them is what sets some apart from others. SHW - they have great customer service.My sons love these desks. Sometimes I walk past and click one of the preset height buttons just to mess with them - it's a Dad thing - but the kids like that feature and I have seen one son standing with the desk lifted and working on his homework that way. Overall - good quality, good value, and great customer service. I would defintiely recommend these desks and this seller.

It was packaged nice not that hard to install motor QuietGreat valueIf it’s doesn’t brake down but so fare all good .Good value if you’re looking for an adjustable desk .Measure area as there r choices of sizes ..I ignored reviews on performance..I’m glad I did ..

The size is just right for two monitors and a laptop. Moved slowly but steadily and is easy to preset preferred heights. Flat pack build was easy. Only call out is the white metal bar labelled “front facing” is actually back facing. Also the side hooks were easy to mount facing under the desk to provide additional cable management as it was a little busy with power packs and a power board but the included zip ties were useful to secure everything.

Assembly was short and easy, The table design is very sturdy, good finish, and it's easy to operate.Great product.

I work from home and having a good table is really required. Sitting for long is not good for back, hence this table being so cheap and very efficient as can stand when we are sitting for too long
