40 year old man here with a cutaneous abcess in the entire perineal area. Where did that nightmare come from I got zero clue :(! But this bowl is genius work and piece of art! I was taking siltz bath in the frikken bathtub. Long story short, I learned of magical bowl for women, but it serves the purpose equally to any man suffering like me from an abcess in the perineal area. It even comes with that stethoscope pump and hose/douche so you when you pump the warm water splashes nicely over the abcess or affected area and even more relief, genius! Product arrived looking professional wrapped professionally and each individual item wrapped professionally, plus it contains that perineal washer bottle, all that for a decent price. What an incredible product...easy to use, easy to clean, and not complicated. I had to take it with me on travel and flattens easily to take along. Whether you are post pregnancy or have had some surgery in this area, a great product to use to help the healing process! Would recommend 1000%!

This sitz bath is easy to use and fits over my toilet seat comfortably. The pump works well although the attachment does occasionally move out of place. I did recently receive a nice thank you note with an attachment piece (suction cup) to help keep the pump firmly in place. Overall this was a great price as I am disabled and on a very limited income and the product works as advertised.

I am very pleased with the construction and quality of the product. I love the collapsible feature and design. The pump is wonderful. The basin is comfortable. The unit is very easy to use, easy to fill, empty, clean and store! I had a question and sent an email and received a prompt response from Emily.

This sitz bath is far superior to another one I bought. It has the hand pump which is very useful. I would stay away from electric pumps if you are recovering from a surgery. I would recommend buying a 32 ounce pitcher to use to fill the bath as well as a shower, hook to hang the bath after use. You can then wash the bath in the shower. This was critical for my recovery after surgery.

I was so excited to use my sitz bath after giving birth and found the experience to be much different than expected. First off you need ALOT of liquid to fill the basin, next the pump barely gurgles bubbles to reach where you need it. Complete waste of money IMO. Missed the return window and now I’m stuck with it. *** update: seller reached out and offered me a refund since product was out of return window. Def a business with integrity 👍

Updated review to 5 stars (7/26/2023): Let’s be clear - the change in my review is due to the excellent customer service from Emily, the company’s owner. She paid attention to the feedback about the bubbler and nesting, and she made a design correction that will fix the issue. She was very courteous and eager to make things right and offered a refund in addition to a replacement product with the new enhancement. I’m grateful and the change was just what my mother needed. Original review: I bought this for my mom to give her relief. It was easy to clean and it seemed common sense to set up, but once we added the salts and water, the bubbler would not stay nested in place and kept floating out of the bath. Very frustrating to have a feature that cannot be used, but at least the bath mechanism itself is available for people who cannot soak in a bathtub easily.
