Great way to exercise, stay entertained and hours of fun
So these springs are amazing. Providing my kittens with hours of fun. I throw them around the room and see them whizzing after them. Not only that as they are light to carry its common to see one of them carry a spring in her mouth and then release it over the laminate or tiled surface and give chase.Great way for them to exercise. Hours of fun. Cheap and well built. Only thing is as they are small they readily go under the sofa but can be easily retrieved during cleaning.Having a packet of these is handy. Will definitely be ordering more of these soonRecommend.

scratchers and robotic fish with good success) and I wasn't expecting much from such a ...
Wasn't expecting this in post when I got in today (arrived 2 weeks earlier than delivery quote: ) ). Right now both my 6 month old kittens have exhausted themselves out playing with these for 2 solid hours! Cheapest toy I've purchased ( we've tried and tested everything on market, from puzzles, scratchers and robotic fish with good success) and I wasn't expecting much from such a simple item, tho they love a ping pong ball or a scrunchie ball for five minutes or so. They didn't pay attention as I batted them about or tossed them across room, they just sat and watched bemused. Then finally they joined in, and two hours later they've worn themselves out and they're having a cat nap. 2 happy cats. Great toy, great price and glad I bought this.

Our kitten just loves these springs!
Our kitten (15 weeks old when we got the springs delivered) absolutely loves these. She chases them along hard floors, trots along with them in her teeth and tries to fit them around her paws like a sleeve. All in all, she has a lot of fun with these. I would highly recommend them. They do easily get hidden under cupboards, sofas, etc, etc....an equal amount of exercise for the cat owners, as we are forever crawling around on our hands and knees trying to find them. So a useful thing there are 10 springs per pack! As long as you can try not to lose too many of these under the furniture, they should last a long time - very robust. A very good purchase.

Buy in bulk!
I am back to order the third packet of these. Our kittens have only been here 15 weeks...before they arrived, having been owned been cats before, we thought we knew what they'd want. There are three of them, so we got one of each toy for each kitten, figuring that would be fine. We bought the huge tree/gym thing. Scratching posts galore. Squeaky mice. The odd catnip toy. They gave them all a cursory glance, maybe a paw-pat here and there, but on the whole it was all about the boxes the stuff came in (and oh, there was so much stuff...). I watch a live kitten cam in Canada and saw that their kittens were playing with these springs. As everybody else has said, they looked dangerous to me, but here were really tiny kittens having a ball with them, so I decided to give them a go...our kittens are MAD about these springs! They carry them around in their mouths and growl if anybody comes near them. They bat them up and down the kitchen, and throw them in the air. All of the other toys have been put into the toy box and barely touched since the springs arrived in the house. The only problem is that they are SO possessive that they keep hiding them, and hiding them well; they're not allowed outside so we know that there are 20 of them secreted so well around the house but we can't find them. So here I am again, buying more. And as long as there are paws thundering around the house, no doubt I will be back again and again.

No tigger bounce but...
Ok, they don't go boing or bounce like Tigger, but as far as our cats are concerned they are great fun, and fairly cheap fun as far as I'm concerned. They can scoot them along a wooden or tiled floor and give chase. They hook them with a claw and bat them about. They gently pick them up in their mouth and run off with them. Then they sit waiting for humans to get them out from under the fridge, washing machine, or sofa. Then they knock them under again. These springs and for that matter pipe cleaners and plastic straws easily replace more expensive items like soft toys that they show little interest in.Ps. I can't quite see why one reviewer thinks they aren't safe or that they are brittle. There is no need to pull them apart as one might a metal spring, your cat's won't.

Hours of fun
After reading about toys that were suitable for my Maine Coon (8 months old), I decided to purchase a pack of these. When they first arrived I thought like another reviewer here, that they would be dangerous and I was about to bin them.Little did I know, Einnie (the beast in question) decided that he would like to see what Amazon had delivered for him today and took an instant love to these. We have hard wood floors and slate in the kitchen which means he can bat these up and down the hallways with wild abandon and he does this nearly every day.As someone else has said, they are easy for him to pick up and in the evenings we have about 30 minutes of throw and fetch until the spring is bounced under the sofa's.They look fragile but are actually very robust. An excellent toy for a Maine Coon kitten.

Expensive and wasted on my feline
Oh to have a less fussy cat! My cat looked, sniffed and left well alone. They have been on the floor now for a number of days and no amount of enticing is working. I will leave for another week but usually once her mind is made up that is that! They are well made but I think they are expensive for what they are which is essentially coiled coloured wire. I am sure as the reviews state many cats love them, just not mine on this occasion.

Probably the only cat toy you need
These are not cheap, however if you count how many hours your cat will spend playing with these they are simply the best value cat toy on the market. Colourful, virtually indestructible, if very easy to lose under the fridge. Our <1 y/o rescue plays with these for most of her waking hours, and ignores pretty much everything else we've bought her.

The customer service exceeded my expectations. Perfect for buying products you can't find elsewhere.
Care Instructions: As with all toys, supervise your cat's play time. Periodically inspect each toy for signs of excessive wear or damage and immediately remove any worn toys from your cat's play environment.
