On opening the tds meter.did not start. In the first.delivery it initially started functioning but after 15 minutes when again started it did not open i.e Did noy "on". Replacement was sought. Immediately on opening the wrapper, found the same not working. It.did not turn ON. Sorry state of affairs. Then I am told to do trouble shooting. If I do, I will be held guilty of tampering. Therefore I did not do it. I have been dealing with such issues legally and tjerefore know the pros and cons of trouble shooting. Throughout my observation to complainants coming before us was that they may have mishandled it. But today I have become victim of this fraud by the manufacturer who do not check it before delivering whether it is working or not.
