This portable heating pad has been a game changer! As someone who has back pain along with horrible cramps and this heating pad has helped so much! I have loved it so much that I had to get one for several people! I have gotten 4 of these total and all gift receivers have loved this just as much as I have! This hidden gem has made my back like me again. Marketed towards cramps - but who cares?! My back loves it. Heat levels are great - the low is perfect for me and the vibration/massage feature is unexpectedly nice with the heat. Seriously, this thing is so amazing that even my husband asked me to get him one cause he kept taking mine.

Speedy delivery (less than 24 hours). I am a little sad as I really wanted the teal one and even though it says FSA eligible, I could only use my FSA card for the white one. So not sure what that’s all about.Within 10 seconds of turning the heating pad on, it was warm. The 3 heat settings are enough as the highest one gets pretty warm. The strap is big enough to fit my body but is stretchy if you need a larger fit.I suggest you buy this. At least try it out. This is going to be a huge help working 12 hour shifts in healthcare 🥰

When I’m having very bad cramps, I used to use the therma care menstrual heating pad. I noticed that it did not last all day as I worked 12 hour shifts. I can put this on under my uniform, and it will give me continuous relief I often put it on charge around lunchtime, or when my cramps are not as bad. I can semi function at work, and no one really knows unless I show them all in all I encourage mothers to buy for daughters mom to buy for themselves, best friend, significant other whomever. I’ve also use this when my back is bothering me , and it serves the same purpose

Amazing! I have been looking for something I could wear when my lower back has been causing me issues. I am on the go and need to bend down and work on equipment for extended lengths of time as well as sitting at a desk and working on computer issues. It is so nice to be able to get up and go and not be tethered to a corded heating pad for relief. Works great! Long-lasting battery life after a full charge. Small and discreet under a sweatshirt. A+

I very seldom leave reviews, but after reading all these freebie reviews I gotta speak my peace. This heating pack is fabulous and a must purchase if you’re like me and suffer miserably every month with cramps. It charges within 2.5 hours but the relief is worth it, especially the heat on my lower belly, it relieves my painful cramps, and I cramp so bad that I’m usually in a fetal position crying, you see I’ve been suffering from Fibroids for about 5 years. My OB wanted to try other methods than surgery b/c I don’t have any children yet. Needless to say my symptoms is worse now that I’m knocking on 40, my recent ultrasound revealed my fibroids gotten worse and increased to 7 to be exact. I was online looking for an immediate relief while ordering some more Midol. 😂 I came across this heating pack that actually used FSA (Flex spending Account) plus prime same day shipping, i must say this is the best purchase I’ve ever made. The heat gets hot very quickly, all 3 levels of heat provide excellent relief, I used the vibration a few times but my favorite is the heat, when I’m cramping I prefer heat relief, the vibration really vibrates and actually tickles 😂 haven’t used it on my back b/c if I wanted a heating pad for my pack pain I’ll actually purchase an back pain heating pad, this heating pad in particular is perfect for the tummy b/c of the belt, I can snap it on me at night before bed and actually sleep like a new born pain free. It does have a timer on it but 9/10 your relief is gone before the heating pad turns off. I’ve gotten like 5-6 uses out of it on a full charge, so I what I does is recharge it every time I feel better and can actually function so come the next day or couple of hours when i need it my relief is there. Sorry to keep rambling but all them negative free reviews blew me, at least there’s was free, I was just thankful I was able to use my FSA card, it’s hard using that card without having to show the government receipts or facing repercussions from spending your own money 😂 that comes out your paycheck every pay week. Les niveaux de chaleur sont parfaits, même que je le met la majorité du temps au minimum et c'est juste assez pour le garder plus longtemps. Les vibrations font beaucoup de bien pour soulager les crampes. J'ai des règles douloureuses à chaque mois et ceci est devenu mon incontournable!

Meine Tochter hat oft starke Regelschmerzen und hatte bislang einen Gürtel mit Wärmeflasche. Sie hat sich dieses Produkt gewünscht, dass sie etwas hat, was dünn ist, was sie auch unter Kleidung in der Schule tragen kann. Sie ist restlos begeistert davon, klare Kaufempfehlung!

Purchased for wife who immediately passed onto daughter - "she has more use for this". Heard today - "A godsend" for treating her menstrual cramps - as she's only used it once and is very slightly built I cannot comment on durability or suitabiliy for a woman of more solid stature.

1 con is that it only lasts 2 or so hours of use and takes a while to recharge but oh.my.goodness. It definitely helps with cramps!!!! Only used the heat feature, not so much the vibration but the heat is definitely a game changer for someone that is unable to use medicine for pain. Also, be careful with the strap, mine broke after first use but still was very discreet under a loose fitting too.
