Since Apple no longer supplies ear buds with iPhones any longer, it is important to find a good set even as a backup in case your wireless earbuds need charging. These earbuds feel a bit more sturdy than the Apple version (a little heavier, chunkier and the wires feel a bit more substantial). They work just as well as the Apple brand and have good audio quality. The controls on the cord function exactly the same. The earpieces themselves contain magnets to keep them attached to one another to help prevent tangles which is a plus over their Apple counterparts. One disadvantage is that they do not come in any sort of storage case but this is a minor complaint. Overall a good replacement / backup for any iPhone user.

I like the sound and the handy controls on these earbuds very much. That's all great. But there's a drawback worth noting: The earbuds are intended to be one-size-fits-all, which is fine if your ears happen to be that one size. But my experience with earbud size is that very fine differences make a big difference. Sadly, these buds slip out of my ears when I run, which is when I'd principally use them. Some earbuds come with little sleeves of varying sizes to help fit them more precisely, but not these. I imagine there might be other types of exercise that wouldn't dislodge them so easily, and certainly there are folks who'll want to use earbuds while sitting at a computer or reading a book. If the product page didn't assert that these would be a good choice for running or working out in the gym, I wouldn't dock them a star. But they do make that claim, so I'm going with four stars.

Took them with me to Puerto Rico and used them on my flight there and back. The sound was good, connection was good. I would recommend

These are great sounding earbuds, no question. Wide frequency response, little coloration, very natural bass, and non-fatiguing. I could listen to them for hours- if they’d just stay in. They sit loosely in your ears, and the slightest tug on the cord will pull them out. I like to use earbuds for exercise walks and workouts, and these just won’t stay in. For sitting quietly and listening, they’re great.
