So I mainly got this because I entered my sour dough making era and wanted to dip my bread in olive oil and vinegar. My sister recommended getting this and putting it in the olive oil and it’s delicious. I’ve also used it on Tilapia as the seasoning and it’s really good on that too. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a good blended sauce. It also comes with a little thing of garlic infused olive oil which is equally as good to dip with.
