Chicken preference
I have a mixed flock. Usually I mix my own food but on occasion I have to buy a bag for my chickens. This is my go too preference. The chickens love it.

More filler than feed
The feed itself is fine and the chickens seem to enjoy it. The problem is that 2 out of 3 bags have been half full of dust and chaff. I am willing to pay a premium for quality organic feed and there is some expectation that a portion of the stated weight will be filler, but this is extreme. I won't be wasting my money on this anymore.
