I like the concept but it was too big, returned and didn’t reorder but I see how it can be comfy when sized properly. Size down, let it stretch and really squeeze to provide proper support.

The way the shoulder part goes under the arms makes it rub the part where your arm and side breast start. It runs way large. Order smaller than you think you need. If you pull it tighter to do the job, you lose circulation in your arms as well.

It was very confusing to put on and once I got it on and adjusted it seemed alright (except the itching) for awhile, but after an hour or so I started noticing pain in the top right side of my stomach. It did ease some of the pain at the bottom of my stomach and back but it’s like I traded one pain for another. Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like it wasn’t worth it.

I had problems in my spine during my pregnancy and this helped me, as you don't have an idea, in the end I couldn't use it anymore because it didn't fit me but the period that needed it the most helped me too much

For starters, I’m 5’2 and gained 70 lbs during pregnancy (I had really bad swelling). I don’t know if that matters but ultimately I think it’s important to consider to give an honest review.I liked the brace and it elevated pain in my back but redistributed it to my hips. Sometimes this took a couple hours to happen other times it was immediate.The brace is well made, and easily adjustable. Great for growing bellies and has a long range of use!

I have a desk job and that hurts my upper back too! With this I felt good support with low and mid back both. Highly recommended :)

I wish it had support bands in the front up and down. It doesn’t work the best for me but the quality and durability is good
