I filled the form more than 4 times and sent the emails too but no action taken
Most pathetic product and company... It has stopped working before it's warranty period ended, where as I had bought 1 year extended warranty but both Amazon customer care and longway customer care are not being helpful at all... Just directing me to fill all kinds of forms and send emails... No help at all.. totally disappointed... Amazon's standard of service is just falling day by day...
