Simple, effective. Very happy. And small pills!

I used this for brain fog. It seems to enhance the memory and creativity regions of the mind. Overall works ok- has a strong parsley-like flavor after swallowing. I’m not sure of long term effects.

Not only do they help focus but they increase the ability to visualize things which is pretty awesome. This has been helpful for some home improvements projects when I need to figure out how things will fit together and what the finished product will look. Also if taken in the evening, I have very clear and interesting mental imagery when drifting off to sleep.

It gets you right up to a threshold experience and then just stops. Got nothing really good out of it except feeling somewhat high for about 4 hours and not in a necessarily good way. Ended up with mental fog and disinterest in everything afterwards and a slight sense of confusion during. My advice is don't bother taking more than 1 or 2, it will just extend the duration of the negatives and the experience won't get any deeper than how it starts. Not really worth it imo.Update: used more of it and I figured out why it only works as a mild microdose; this isn't a 5-ht2a agonist, it's a modulator. This means it has diminishing returns on higher doses and has the potential to act as an antagonist or agonist, depending on your brain chemistry. I would strongly recommend those on SSRIs or other drugs that act on serotonin receptors to be very careful with this as it could have unpredictable results

Bacopa is one of the most effective nootropics there are. The gold standard for bacopa has historically been Bacognize and Synapsa bacopa - but with this Cognance bacopa extract standardized to Ebelin lactones, there may be a new winner.Nootropics Depot makes some of the highest quality supplements available, and have more rigorous 3rd party testing on purity and potency than any other company I know. So if nothing else you know that this is potent and pure.As far as efficacy - I can definitely feel the effects. It feels similar to other high quality bacopa extracts I've tried. My issue is that there hasn't been any research on Ebelins or this product, whereas Bacognize and Synpasa have had numerous studies and clinical trials conducted on them. I personally like to stick to only taking well-studied supplements, and I consider this one a bit more "experimental". It's interesting, but I'd rather invest my time in taking something that has the research proving benefits, instead of something theoretically better like this Cognance Bacopa extract.Overall - great, high quality Bacopa extract. But it's effects are yet to proven, whereas extracts like Bacognize are tried and true. If you are very experienced with bacopa and want to test the waters with a new more experimental form, then I'd recommend this.

Starting to work as advertised

I wasn’t familiar with Bacopa so did a little research and learned that it claims to help with memory, learning and focus and could help with anxiety and I thought Yes Please! I wasn’t sure what to expect because so many supplements make some pretty grand claims but few really seem to deliver. My expectations weren’t really high because I rarely have taken something where the results were obvious or measurable. If we’re all honest we take many supplements on a leap of faith that they do what they claim to do. Let me tell you that I noticed obvious results on day one! I have really been struggling with heath problems, life issues, depression and general malaise. I have been feeling dull and flat and disinterested. The first day I took it I felt a brightness and energy and can do attitude that I hadn’t felt in a very long time! I felt more interested and creative than I’d felt in a very long time. It’s remarkable that such a tiny capsule could do so much! This all happened without that caffeine buzz or jitters that other supplements cause.I realize that everyone reacts differently to things and I know others haven’t had the same results but I’m very thankful I discovered Bacopa! I recommend trying it and I hope it works as well for you!
