These scales just work really well. They don’t look fancy but they have everything you need and they are as close to foolproof as you are likely to get. They take ordinary batteries too which is a massive plus, most electronic scales take button cells that always run out when your hands are covered in something, but not these, they run for ages and warn you when they’re on the way out. They weigh in grams or ounces, fluid ounces and millilitres too. You can also zero them when adding ingredients into a mixing bowl. They are easy to read with a clear display, they are easily portable if you need to take them anywhere and they take up very little room when not in use. For ease of use they only have two buttons, one circulates between ounces, grams, mils, and fluid ounces, and the other one is on and off and zero, so if like me you are technically useless, you really only need to press one button, press it again to go back to zero then press the same button again and hold it until the display goes blank when you’ve done! If you see something on the display you don’t recognise you press the other button! These scales really are excellent value for money. I’ve not given 5 stars because they are not as aesthetically pleasing as they could be!
