Very impressive product, highly recommended
My Denon AVC-X4700H runs hot, almost disturbingly hot. My 4 ohm speakers only deliver 87db per watt so are a tough drive, and whilst my front speakers are driven by another amp, the AV amp still drives another 4 speakers and the subwoofer. The S9 has proved to be fantastic at reducing the running temperatures significantly and the auto temperature control function means you can leave it to its own devices which is a real plus. It turns on/off as required so no hassle there. It generally runs on setting one which is only just audible, but ramps up to setting 2 out of 3 under load. Overall I'm very pleased with it, its built well, looks good, and is well priced for what it offers. If you own a Denon/Marantz AV amp then these things are a great addition and the temperature reduction will likely significantly increase the product life from excessive heat wear & tear.

A great piece of kit!
A brilliant piece of kit. I was using a laptop fan before but this is in a different class. Beautifully built, all metal. Fans are very quiet. Can be programmed to automatically come on when the temperature rises and then it goes off. Please note you do need a us to UK plug adapter as this comes direct from the USA. I'm very satisfied.

Perfect for cooling my Marantz pm7000n amplifier
Recently I noticed that my Marantz amplifier was getting hot. Marantz suggest that inch clearance is given at the top of the amplifier or use a fan. Since I'm unable due to space to provide the recommended clearance I opted to go for a fan solution. The AC Infinity works perfectly; cooling the amp with very little noise. Easy to install and use, with good documentation. Also came in a well padded box. I have it currently set to SMART mode. In this mode the fans start when the temperature reaches around 88 degrees F (31 Degrees C), then shuts off below 84 degrees F (29 Degrees C). The fan speed increase every 2 degrees above 88, but currently it have not risen above 88, and seems to be doing a good job at cooling. The S7 is smaller than the amp, may be the larger unit would be better for looks, but it is almost double the price of the S7. My unit came with UK plug power supply, so I did not need a US to UK adapter as others have stated. At low fan speed, I can't hear any fan noise. The unit when sat on top of the amp sucks air through the amp in the direction that normal convection cooling occurs. This is correct as you don't want it to blow air into the unit against the follow of the rising heat. So far the unit is performing perfectly. I wish Marantz had designed the amp with a built in fan!

Great product
It’s very well built, uses an external AC adapter so should be a cheap fix if that fails, and it works brilliantly. I own a Denon AV receiver, and it was getting so hot that frying eggs on its lid would’ve been easy, it would probably have cooked the Sunday roast too! Since adding the AC Infinity, it’s fridge like cool, no matter how hard I’m pushing it. So if heats a problem with your component, add one of these and it won’t be.

Keeps equipment cool.
Keeps the avr from running too hot. Not the quietest option. Did not come with UK power adapter.

Great quality, silent fan.
I don't know how I've managed to get by without one of these for so long. Absolutely essential if your AV equipment is inside a cabinet. It automatically turns on when the temperature gets too high and goes off when it has cooled the area. It's very quiet on the low setting. It makes a slight noise on the higher settings but it isn't noisy at all.

Ordered from The supplier “International Store” on Amazon. Good delivery, followup and Customer Service. The product AC Infinity S7 is an excellent device perfect for my requirement to join the 4 x S5 fans from AC Infinity to cool my beastly Denon AVC-X8500h despite the Denon having 4 internal fans in the monolithic amp section. I customised the fans based on the internals of Denon X8500h. Yes, It is bit if an overkill. I prefer to pamper and treat my quality electronics like any living thing. All AC infinity products i have purchased so far have fantastic build quality, beautiful minimalistic appearance and solid functioning so far. The S7 came with a charger with AC input voltage rating 100-240v which means there is no issue using it in India. Satisfied with everything so far. Can not comment on the longevity yet. However, i am confident that the fans will last for years to come judging by the build quality. Update: The Fans have been running nonstop these past 2.5 years without issues except for the charger that went kaput after 18 months of nonstop use. But the replacement was cheap(Rs.200)and easy to find as the Tatasky Set-top box original charger is the same one.

I have always needed external cooling system for my AV system. Few years ago, my first purchase was from SoundScience. Aesthetically pleasing, but the 40mm dual fans & non automatic fan speed was too loud and didn’t do the functions required. I then resorted to building a PCB control unit with dual 120 mm Noctua fans. Works like a charm and still does, but not cost effective to built. Recently I needed to have another cooling unit plus interest among my friends, I started to again look for ‘off the shelf’ solutions. That’s where I came across AC Infinity AIRCOM. I purchase the S6, as an experiment of the total product quality and functionality. It’s been couple of days of usage now. I must admit from now, on every aspects of it has meet my expectations. I would happily recommend this product to anyone. So regrets thus far. As a matter of fact, I am considering getting the T10 with the LCD with full programming ability, and would do a product presentation in my AV community. Will update months down. CP
