Probablemente demasiado poderosas para muchos de los usos normales de una cocina…. Son súper fuertes, muy prácticas y bien pensadas y seguro pueden con huesos de pollo (o dedos)…. Muy contento con la calidad y la fortaleza…. El color no me encantó, es medio rojo perlado… negro hubiera sido mejor opción…

They are a butcher block in one tool, incredibly sharp, this can be used as scissors, or a knife. The advertisement is literal. A little on the pricey side for the quality, but since I have no place for a block of knives, the overpriced tool by a few dollars, is redeemed because you have everything you need for a cramped long term hotel. I have no doubt about the duribility as it's well built. Not the easiest to clean, keep small parts away from the drain as you work with a damp cloth. My only real complaint is comfort, the handle can use work. But this solid tool is worth it.
