Got the AC at a good deal. The installation was prompt, technicians visited just after few hours of service request.

I recently purchased a Godrej AC with high hopes of enjoying reliable cooling and efficient service. However, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The AC has consistently failed to work properly, and despite numerous attempts to get assistance, the services provided by Godrej have been abysmal.First and foremost, the cooling performance has been highly inconsistent. It struggles to maintain a set temperature.To make matters worse, the customer service provided by Godrej has been utterly disappointing. I have made several calls to their service center to report the issue, but I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. Their representatives seem disinterested and unhelpful, offering only generic solutions that do not address the actual problem. It is deeply frustrating to be ignored and left in the dark when seeking assistance for a faulty product.Despite repeatedly expressing my concerns and urging for prompt action, Godrej has failed to deploy their technicians to fix the AC. It is evident that they lack the sense of urgency and commitment needed to rectify the situation. As a consumer who invested hard-earned money in their product, I expect timely and efficient service, which Godrej has completely neglected to provide.Moreover, the lack of accountability and transparency in Godrej's service process is disheartening. There is no proper tracking system in place, and each time I call for an update, I am met with vague responses and excuses. It appears that they have no intention of taking responsibility for their faulty product or the inadequate services they offer.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing a Godrej AC based on my personal experience. The appliance's poor performance, combined with the abysmal customer service, has left me highly dissatisfied and regretful of my purchase. Save yourself the hassle and frustration by opting for a more reliable and customer-oriented brand.

Have many pros - 1.Nice airconditioner air throw is very good can cool room of 170 sq feet just in 20 to 30 min.2. Have eco , turbo , silent and 4 way swing mode for your better experience , if u think your indoor unit is making more noise while cooling then use silent mode its a magical feature it will reduce ac sound almost negligible3.Actual capacity of this aircon is also very good of 1.49 ton4. Have 4 star with 2023 ISEER Rating of 4.60 no other brand have this kind of configration on this price point even 5 star acs of other brands dont have actual capacity of 1.49 ton , and this iseer ratingonly one con - outdoor unit make a bit more noise then other brands but only in a certain modes like turbo or full capacity mode if u planning to buy this ac my suggestion is install it bit far from your room and in open environment i install it on my terace so i dont feel any noice coming inside the room so install it a bit far from your indoor unit so that it can not impact your cooling experience..

AC works fine instant cooling…no sound very silent

The media could not be loaded. 1. it's affordable compared to other brands , cooling is excellent 3. I bought Godrej 1.5 Ton AC. 4. remote is very good , good response. 5. No free service after installation 6. installation charge was cheap compared to other brands like bluestar. Only concern is bad noise when you try to operate it at C3 to C5. At C5 noise is very irritating. except noise at C5 everything is good. advisable to run at C1 or C2 and temp above 25 degreenoise level is comfortable . having copper condenser. highly recommend godrej doesn't provides 1/5/10 yrs warranty on comprehensive/PCB/Compressor though Amazon do wrong commitment. when I downloaded invoice, I realized. Wrong sale from Amazon.

don't buy Godrej AC, it turned out to be damaged when it was installed, Godrej customer care repaired it but the cooling was never as good as it should be in a new AC, in front of this I had bought a Daikin in my other room, the one that cools me so much that I have to cover myself with a blanket for half an hour… Godrej people, I am very sad with you, it feels like a waste of money…
